great location to restaurants! tram ride to the beach was a plus ! great pools!

room was not fully cleaned ! cigarette butts were left on balcony and floors were dirty !

The only positive thing I have to say is the location and "The Grand" itself was great.

The pictures shown are extremely misleading. Be sure to take a look at the negative review posted by Rodney on June 7, 2021 - this is more aligned to what the apartment looks like. My husband and I checked in on August 12, 2021. We were so excited, as the location and photos of the apartment looked gorgeous. We were celebrating our anniversary, so it seemed like the perfect destination. This apartment (2311) was absolutely disgusting. The apartment REEKED of cigarette smoke and must. It clearly states that this apartment is non-smoking. I have asthma, so I messaged the property via booking.com immediately upon checking in. It was a complete nightmare. The property team was NOT responsive, we ended up having to stay one night (and pay for it) because the team didn't hear back from the property manager in a timely manner, and all of the surrounding hotels/condos were fully booked that evening. We left the next day, and checked in to the hotel directly next door - The Effie. It was absolutely gorgeous - highly recommend. I would NOT recommend staying here. The apartment was filthy, reeked of cigarette smoke, comforter had stain marks, there was dust and dirt everywhere - in the vents and baseboards, and bathroom was nasty.

We weren't able to use the patio due to construction. TV didn't work very well.

Nothing! It was the worst experience I’d ever had with a room or vacation. it was the most disgusting room. It was a disgrace!The guy at the front desk said he couldn’t do anything since I booked with booking.com

That the room wasn’t clean and after an hour of being on the phone. They said they would send someone to clean the disgusting room. That was at 8pm. We went and ate and came back at 11pm it was never touched. Worst experience ever.
