Nice property but not exactly as shown in pictures online. We were short of linens and silverware at check-in. There was a chair that was broken in the dinning room; a video arcaid that did not work; at least one electrical outlet that did not work; pool table had loose side rails; the mattresses on the double bunk beds were very thin and uncomfortable. Found one item of underclothing in one of drawers and marijuana joint on the back porch.

It was a lovely cabin and great space for our large family. I loved the fact that each family had their own space. There were a few things that I was surprised about it being a cabin for a large family was we were short on towels, however the service took care of that promptly and one of two dish washers did not work. The kitchen did not have enough dishes and utensils for a large family, so we had to get paper plates and plastic utensils. But we made it work. There were a lot of carpenter bees that were bothersome during the day, but we were able to enjoy the deck at night better. Overall we had a wonderful time and made great memories for a 90th birthday celebration!

There were issues with our cabin and the host would not respond. This is the first time ever that a host did not respond. I messaged daily about issues and no response at all. The only reason maintenance ever came was because I called the guest services number daily as well. Terrible host!!!

Upon arrival we found a locked door that the code did not work. 5 Bathrooms was nasty with feces in toilet, hair in dirty tubs. Both Hot Tubs was Nasty with 2 inches of water and it took till the end of 2nd day to get repaired. Floors were filthy. Description of Bedrooms and layouts listed are wrong! Pls do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

Stayed at Gatlinburg Mansion - we brought many families together with small kids that needed many bedrooms. Our stay and this house was an complete disaster and such a disappointment that we won't ever stay at this property in any other cabin. On day one, we had to have the cleaning crew come back to mop and sweep the floors they were so dirty. 5 or 6 shower curtains were removed because of WEEKS of mold growth. Neither of the 2 hot tubs were filled or operational until half way through our trip. Then one completely drained out again due to a crack in the tub. We had to knock down spider webs in bathroom corners that had clearly been there for weeks. We had little kids and there were electrical boxes on the front of the house with out proper coverings leaving dangerous live electrical wires exposed. Cabinet doors in the kitchen were completely falling off, several sinks weren't even properly adhered to the counter tops - merely just caulked into place, one of the 2 dishwashers never worked during our stay and one of the 2 kitchen sinks had to be marked off limits because it leaked any liquid poured into the drain down through the cabinet base and onto the kitchen floor. Quite frankly, had the county health department inspected this property, I would hate to see the results... In fairness, the resort refunded our cleaning fee and hot tub fees. But that was about it. This was our biannual family trip, and we had a wonderful time for our first time at Gatlinburg by using this rental property. We were fortunate enough to be able to check in early. The management office was always reachable throughout our tenure for our few hiccups and concerns. The response time was very reasonable and timely. Most of the youth enjoyed the lower level because of the movie and game room. The adults & seniors appreciated more of the view and the spacious kitchen. Our main issue was that only one of the two hot tubs would retain water so a family of our size was limited. The management office attempted to fix it within a timely manner with no avail so we made the best of the one.

Cabin overall was great. Will definitely be back and recommend others to come stay at this property
