We had such a comfortable stay in this cozy Snowcreek condo and would stay here again. The condo had everything we needed and more. Chuckle if you will, but that toilet seat warmer was much appreciated as the nighttime temps were on the chillier side. Checking in was a breeze and the owner is both friendly and communicative.

This place was perfect for us. Not too far from where our races were taking place and close to the market. Our team enjoyed staying at this property. They were well-rested and ultimately took care of business and won a team National Championship!

Very clean and charming property that was perfect for our family of five. The unit appeared to have been recently renovated. Modern and well equipped kitchen. Multiple streaming video devices. Short walking distance to the communal jacuzzi. We would definitely stay again!

Our family varied in ages so the video game machine was a big hit with the younger ones.

The condo was very clean and the kitchen well equipped for meal preparation. Living and dining room were comfortable for relaxing. Although in a condo development, the units configuration and landscaping provide nice views with the other units not that noticeable. Quiet neighborhood with pleasant walking right from the unit. My only suggestion would be another nightstand and lamp in the front bedroom as only one side of the bed is equipped with those. Otherwise a pleasant stay in a clean, comfortable, and convenient rental

This was a Great place to stay ! Clean , excellent location, breathtaking views! Hi have been coming to Mammoth for 50 years most of my time staying in Snow Creek. This was a beautiful place, and I would rent it again in a heartbeat. No regrets great place.

We went on vacation with our 6 month old, 4 year old, and in-laws. This town home was perfect. We enjoyed the split living space. The view from the living room was breathtaking. We watched deer walk through the complex on more than one night. The owner was very accommodating and was quick to respond. This complex is very quiet and peaceful, but close to all of the stores and downtown area. We felt like we were at home here. If you have small children, my only concern was the railing around the stair case. My 4 year old fit between the beams. My 6 month old isn’t crawling yet, so it wasn’t an issue for us. I highly recommend this property!

We have been going to Mammoth for 20 years and forever on the hunt for the perfect condo. This spot did not disappoint, great location, super clean, comfortable beds, great hot tub and access to the meadow paths. Well stocked kitchen, streaming options, beautiful spot to get snowed in! Highly recommend, thanks for the stay!

Wonderfully inviting and comfortable home!

The condo was very clean and roomy for our family. Location centrally located to shops and lifts. We enjoyed having Netflix and other streaming channels to watch movies as we stayed in one day due to bad weather. The teenagers loved the table videogames (well, the adults too)! Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, silverware, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would love to stay here again!

Grand kids loved the loft for their own space with 3 beds to choose from, mid level with kitchen and living room is big and wide open with plenty of seating and a big table for everyone for eating and games, Master bedroom was big and bed was comfy, other bedroom had plenty of room, too. Check-in was not really a check in, just use the emailed code to get into the electronic front door lock after the check in time and you are done. Very happy with our stay here! Spoke with the owner about scheduling and he was very friendly and reasonable. Would defiinitely recommend this property!

The unit is very comfortable and well appointed. The comms with the owner is very easy if you need to communicate anything. The pellet stove works great, don't forget get to set it at a lower temp at night before bedtime or those in the loft will get hot. I wish I had booked more dates for this winter as the dates I want are taken! But I plan to return.

Cozy, warm and well kept. A lovely home away from home in the mtns. Our timing was perfect - dumping snow one day, sunny blue skies the next…snowfall the next and blue skies again the next day. Mammoth at its best (couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay). We look fwd to coming back in the future.

Stayed here for a few days over Thanksgiving. Short drive to the village, the main lodge, restaurants and grocery stores. Awesome neighborhood, with trails, walking path and room to explore. The condo itself was spacious, had plenty of kitchen essentials and the arcade game was a huge hit. If you’re traveling with younger children, be aware that the stair railing has large gaps (~1 ft wide) and may prevent a safety concern. We would certainly stay here again.

Location: Central, close to absolutely everything. Cleanliness: 100%! Everything was so clean and well maintained. And the home was stocked with all the essentials, including dish soap, a new sponge, hand soap and all heaters and appliances worked great. Communication: John was so easy to get ahold of and more than accommodating. It is a 2 story condo + loft, so be ready for some stairs. But nothing too crazy. We let the big kids sleep in the loft and adults down stairs in the bedrooms. Everyone had a blast. 10/10 recommend.

We had a great experience renting this condo. The house was comfortably furnished throughout with little details to add comfort. The beds were comfortable enough with plenty of different pillows and linens. The kitchen had everything you needed to make meals minus a cookie sheet. I loved how it had a Keurig but also an electric teapot too and a big toaster as well as even a butter dish and a fridge with a filtered water tap. We even found a few humidifiers to use when the dry mountain air was starting to get to us and a boot tray to put our dirty shoes. The house layout worked okay for our family of 5 with a nice mud room area to hang outdoor wear and leave shoes. All three of our children loved the loft and insisted on sleeping up there. As mentioned in the description since the bathrooms are all on the ground level it made me uneasy having my 3 year old so far away from the bathroom and our room downstairs but there were plenty of night lights and dimmable lights that it ended up not being a problem. Seems like all condos in Mammoth have a loft so it meant after the kids went to bed we had to hang in the bedrooms but this was not a big issue. The pellet stove was easy to use. My family LOVED playing the arcade table and it was a unique recreational item for the house to have. The resort the condo was in was so peaceful especially catering to vacationers there was hardly anyone around since we went in a non busy time. My kids loved playing near the pond and creek. The views were breathtaking. Deer would walk around the condos. It was close to grocery shopping, and town and had easy access to the area’s attractions. We had one issue of the door lock app not issuing an email with the code so we couldn’t get in when we arrived after a long day of travel but with a VRBO message and phone call he responded in 15 minutes and got us the code. I consider that great communication and service. Would look forward to staying here again!

Our family spent 4 nights in the condo, which is located in the beautiful snow creek resort. The place is clean, well maintained, and with a fully stocked kitchen. It is right across the street from the snow creek golf club and the meadow and provides plenty of activities. And at the same time very close to town center with shopping and dining choices. We definitely will consider this place our first choice when coming back to the mammoth lakes area in the future.

A lovely, quiet location with easy access to beautiful day hikes and local trails. Comfortable, thoughtfully equipped kitchen and home.

This home was better than the listing shows. Sparkling clean, very spacious bedrooms, kitchen, and living area. Location was central to everything Mammoth has to offer and the property is gorgeous. I would recommend this place to everyone and will certainly my be staying here again in the future.

Loves it

Loved this place! Our family (4 generations) had a wonderful vacation in Mammoth and staying at this condo was part of it! It was very conveniently located close for us participating in the Annual Mammoth Motocross Races. We enjoyed the quiet location and environment of the condo after long days at the track. We also enjoyed the downhill mountain biking at the lodge and several hiking trails. Everything was provided that we needed and the condo is very clean and nicely furnished. I would definitely recommend this place and hope we can come back again next year! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property is very clean and has everything you need in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. It's in a great location and is very quiet area with great views of the mountains. I would give it 5 stars out of 5.
