The villa was beautiful and the perfect space for our family. Jennifer is a responsive & care host. The location is a 60 to 90 minute to most popular locations in PR. Shopping and fast food options near by at the Walmart shopping center are convenient and easy to get to. Love the villa and the Palmas area. We will stay again in the future.

This condo at Beach Village in Palmas Del Mar was the perfect location for our family! It is steps from the beach and pool which made for relaxing days at both. Restaurants and shops at the plaza were an easy walk through a nice beach side path! Palmas del Mar is a nice location with Luquillo and El Yunque just about a 40 minute drive away and the beautiful beach of the southern part of the island also just 40 minutes away. The condo had plenty of beds for the whole family with two nice balconies! We would definitely return to this property!

We loved the gated resort. We felt safe and the community grounds were always kept so tidy. With golf course views out the back and beach views out the front, this villa offers it all! We watched the sunrise over the ocean every morning on the patio. Then a quick walk each morning on the beach. We were often the only ones there! This place is about an hour from the airport and 50 minutes to El Yunque, which we highly recommend hiking there! The Mt Britton trail is incredible with a concrete path winding through the rain forest. Lots of restaurant and shopping options nearby the condo. The owner provided many tips and suggestions which I really appreciated, as this was our first trip to PR. The condo had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, too! Great A/C and easy check out instructions. We had aq great time!

Our host, Jennifer was fantastic. She gave us tons of suggestions for activities and restaurants as soon as we booked. When we had questions, she was extremely responsive. Palmas Del Mar is lovely - very well maintained and seems very safe. The beach was a few hundred feet away, as described in the listing. It seemed we were there at a time of year with a lot of seaweed but otherwise nice. And loved hearing the surf at night as I fell asleep.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was just as advertised and the pictures were very accurate. We enjoyed morning coffee on the back balcony and evening wine on the front terrace overlooking the ocean! She had the property stocked with everything needed to enjoy the beach that was truly just steps away from the unit. The kitchen was clean, modern and well stocked with basics to make our stay great. We were able to use this place and area as our home base to explore many areas of Puerto Rico. We ate one night within Palmas Del Mar at Pura Vida and it was one of our best meals of the whole trip.
A really great place, Jennifer was a fantastic host and I would/will go back in a minute! Thank you!!

Beautiful and spacious property in the prestigious Palmas del Mar community. The property is beautiful and spacious just as you see in the pictures. Excellent location and great restaurants on site. Although the beach is just a few steps away, beachgoers should be careful with strong ocean currents. We spent the day in nearby beaches and came back in the afternoon to enjoy the beautiful warm pool just steps from the unit we were staying at. The sunrises and sunsets are just indescribable... nothing short of a postcard. The host was responsive and extremely courteous. Cannot wait to come back! 100 out of 5.

A haven in Humacao
We had two families in total there were 10 of us, and we were very comfortable. It is a beautiful community close to our excursions to Yunque and Fajardo. Jennifer was a wonderful host and very attentive. There were also plenty of towels and everything you needed for a tropical vacation.

Our family’s vacation
I just completed a 6 day and 5 night vacation here with my 2 adult children (and their spouses) and 5 grandchildren. The unit was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Jennifer, our host was always available and responded immediately if we had a question. I would highly recommend this unit if you plan on vacationing in PR or Palmas. The unit was clean and very comfortable for 11 adults and children.

Quiet Beach Village in Palmas Del Mar
The bedroom layout for our family was perfect. The views of the golf course and the ocean from the two balconies were amazing. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and in a great location for a family vacation. you will definitely need a golf cart or car for food options. Was near a Wyndham hotel which came in handy during one of the island power outages.during our stay. Would recommend this place to a family going on a vacation with a budget but be prepared to fix meals in the condo as the neighboring restaurants did not have great food and were expensive. Best food was the Wyndham but the most expensive and the Mexican restaurant in Palmonova, least expensive. We ordered groceries for delivery and that worked out well. Host gave great information on surrounding stores, restaurants and car rental places. Be prepared Puerto Rico is not known for their restaurant food. So read reviews before picking places to eat. We will probably not be going back to Puerto Rico again but if we did we would have no problem staying in this quaint neighborhood.

Wonderful Spring Break
We stayed at the condo with our family(2 adults, 1 child) and friend's family(1 adult, 2 children) for a short stay in late March. Booking was easy and Jennifer was very quick to answer all questions prior to arrival. She gave great recommendations of things to do/places to see/restaurants and stores. Check in was easy and the place was spacious, clean, and just as the pictures described. The children enjoyed the pool right next to the condo and the surf just steps from the door. We had some questions during the stay and Jennifer was quick to respond. Checkout was a breeze. So much so, Jennifer let us know that we forgot 2 pairs of shoes. She graciously shipped them to us. Great customer service! The property and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely return on our next visit.

Enjoyed my bday at this beautiful ocean view condo. Accommodated all of us and everything we needed. The host was beyond helpful and recommended numerous amount of places to eat and venture.....Absolutely breathtaking views.

3 nights stay for family wedding
We were a family of 6 adults ( supposed to be 7, but 1got sick hours before we were to come to PR) , aunts, uncle & cousin of the bride. Jennifer communicated with us from time of booking & made check in smooth. The condo was just as we expected & very accommodating for our group. We did not use many of the amenities due to the short time we were there & we had many wedding activities.
If we were to return to PR I would definitely stay here again. Beach is less than 100 steps. Front deck looks at ocean & back deck looks over golf course & pool is next door. Great location.

We always rent condos while on vacation so we can cook meals at home, and the kitchen was pretty well furnished with everything we needed. Palmas Del Mar is a fun place to stay - Jennifer highly recommended that we rent a golf cart while we were there, and I'm so glad we did that. Our teenagers absolutely loved it! The only thing I'd recommend is having more garbage bags available, since the directions are to take the trash out every day and there was only one garbage bag provided. And the washing machine seems to not be working optimally. Other than those small issues, it was a wonderful trip - thank you Jennifer!

Big enough for 6 adults, 1 teenager and 1 kid. We had the time of our lives and I wish we stayed for way longer.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook absolutely anything. Two beautiful patios, one with a beach view and the other overlooking the golf course.
Very nice and quiet area and very close to the pool.
Equipped with enough bath towels as well as beach towels, some water toys, beach chairs, coolers and even a playpen for a baby. Very secure and everyone at Palmas Del Mar was very kind.
The management was very very nice and the communication was excellent through the entire process before, during and after the stay.
- if you are going to stay longer, I would suggest looking into renting Gof carts WAY ahead of time bc they are rented way in advance.
I will come back to this villa ASAP LOL
