We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, the fenced backyard was wonderful for our dog and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was roomy and comfortable with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard lovely. Good location for the Amana Colonies. Great stay!

The house worked perfectly for our family and our stay in town for a wedding. The backyard was quiet for morning coffee, the lower living room ideal for watching movies, and the kitchen for prepping food. Thank you for your quick responses before, during and after check in.

Property was just as described and pictures were up to date. Everything was clean and in working order. Beds were comfortable and the host provided thoughtful touches such as paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, Kleenex which most rentals do not. While we didn't bring our dog, the fenced backyard would have been perfect for her.

This was a perfect location for us to stay for a couple days, while we were in town for a Wedding. The neighborhood was quiet & the house was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The fenced in yard was also great to have since we brought our dog.

My trip was for a reunion and it turned out to be a trip down memory lane. The home is beautiful and the neat part about it, aside from it being in a quiet, pristine neighborhood is that it makes you feel part of our fabulous suburban life of the past. Kinda reminded me of "The Wonder Years". The character of this split level is two-fold. Neat nostalgic 60's exterior, total modern interior, clean and well decorated! The backyard is just great for my best four-legged friend as well. Wow!

Our party enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for five. Everything was clean and orderly.

This home worked great for my friends and me. Plenty of comfortable seating in both living rooms, but no tables for beverages in one of the living rooms. 3 bedrooms on one level was nice, but not all bedrooms had amenities of a mirror or a bedside lamp. Otherwise, overhead lights in main rooms. There were cobwebs in both bathrooms.

Excellent communication with owners. Washing machine did bot work but owners assisted getting additional towels to the house quickly.

My wife and I recently stayed while visiting our son. The house was actually better than it looks in the pictures. Such a warm and inviting house with a great layout. This place would be perfect for either a couple, or a family. Beds were GREAT, and all the appliances worked without fail. Would definitely stay there again on our next visit!

The house was exactly as pictured, clean and stocked with all the necessities. In a quiet neighborhood and close to grocery stores and shopping areas. Didn't have any issues, but the hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO...matched the description and pictures listed. Definitely has a "lived in" feel about it, but it was comfortable and had more than enough amenities for our needs. Loved having the fenced back yard which was awesome for our dogs. We would definitely rent again when in CR!

This was our second time staying here with our pup. If you’re looking for a pet friendly location with a fenced in backyard…this is a perfect spot! We have enjoyed our time here in both occasions. Great hosts and great communication!

Everytime we visit our daughter in CR we stay here. Its a large 3 bedroom house with a huge fenced in yard. The couchand stove have recently been upgraded.

We were in between houses due to selling our home and not being able to close on a new one for a month. Monica was wonderful in working with us on a longer term stay. Very quick with communication and very pleasant to work with. Would absolutely stay again if we ran into an issue like that again.

We were traveling to Iowa City and wanted somewhere to stay where we could bring our dogs. This property hit all the boxes. Huge backyard is great for pets. Property was nice and clean. Plenty of towels and comfy beds. Overall we were very satisfied and will definitely be back again!

This property was very clean, provided all the essentials we needed, and was comfortable and relaxing. We felt like we were at home. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. The check in process was extremely easy and the property managers are quick to reply. We ended up extending our stay! Highly recommend!

Our second time at this property and its starting to feel like our CR home. Plenty.of space, lovely neighborhood and hosts keep blankets, towels and kitchen stocked. The huge fenced in yard is fantastic. There is a deck with grill too. The house and furnishings are perfectly homey and cozy. On a side note bring extra TP and your own shampoo/ soap otherwise everything you need is there. Thanks for the great stay and being responsive hosts who care!

We enjoyed our stay. nice house with two living rooms, good size kitchen, and island. One thing I didn’t enjoy : skillets and pans for cooking. They are too old with damaged surface ( inner layers which is Teflon, are very damaged). Other than that, it was good! Location was convenient for us.

Had problems with the TV that we didn’t understand. Host was quick to fix that. Again wonderful Host. Would stay here again. My dogs loved the back yard too.

Upon arrival I was like this place ! Nice roomy house , nice neighborhood! I was not impressed with the Tv , remote did not work well! Had to adjust volume on Tv! Had trouble getting the remote to work!
Tried baking in the oven, it does not work properly!
The beds were uncomfortable!
But a quiet neighborhood! Otherwise not bad !
The downstairs bathroom had hardly any toilet paper with no replacement roll! It was out 2nd night !
We could not get the outside lights to work on the front of the house! Although, they had the solar lights out front , did not provide enough enough light !
The house was homey and clean !

Myself and two college friends got together for a weekend. The house was perfect. Comfy beds for all three of us and we had a great time snuggling in to the downstairs family room and talking. Great find!

This was a perfect 3 bedroom house for our short stay in Cedar Rapids. Owner made it easy to check in and out. House met our needs and was a much easier stay than in a traditional hotel. We would book again if we are in the area.

The house was very well kept when we got there, and it was a comfortable and quiet place for my friends and I to stay over the weekend. The property owners are also incredibly kind and helpful, so I would highly recommend this place!
