Everything is as described in listing. Jim the host is great to work with. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We also were lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the front yard!

Our stay in Cocoa Beach was great! Loved the location of the house, only a 5 minute walk from the beach, restaurants and more. The house was great for our one week stay. Had everything we needed. The homeowner was very communicative about things happening in the area. We even got to watch a spacex rocket launch during our visit!

Fantastic place to stay! Close to the beach, the pier, ans aweaomw surrounding restaurants. Walk to the beach! Outdoor shower for when you get back all sandy, and close to watch some rockets launch if any are scheduled. We recommend this beach bungalow, and will be back!

We loved the screened in patio with the large table that seated six people. Within walking distance to the beach, pier and restaurants. From the beach, we were able to see a rocket launch from the Kennedy Space Center. We met the home owner, Jim, and he wanted to make sure our stay was a pleasurable one. We plan on returning to the area next year and would like return to this house if it is available.

After a minor glitch with checking in, our stay at Cozy Cocoa was wonderful. The property was spotless and very comfortable with warm personal touches. The kitchen was well supplied with all one would need for cooking. The bathroom shower was perfect. The back bedroom was quiet with thoughtful spots for luggage. Our favorite spot was the side porch off the kitchen and that is where we enjoyed most evenings and our morning coffee. Even though the street was busy the porch felt private. The access to the beach could not have been better and it was an excellent location for the rocket launch experience. That was the cherry on top of the bungalow. Jim was a gracious host and checked in on our stay and gave us great info (and wine) on things to see and places to eat. Wish we could have stayed longer.

What a great stay. Jim is a great host. His property is very clean and well maintained. His communication was prompt and his local recommendations were extremely appreciated. He also gave us updates on rocket launches and where to launch our kayaks.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this stay. It's ~1 block from the beach, quiet street, comfortable amenities, etc. The owner was quick to respond to emails and polite. Very clean. Didn't end up using the grill provided, but the outside seating areas were great to just lounge around. Overall, an 11/10 will book again next time we make the trip

My boys and I loved staying here! So close to the beach and a great place to just relax. My boys loved sitting outside and eating, and sitting back and watching TV in the living room.
Easy parking at the property, and close to stores and restaurants.

Awesome place to stay. Located close to the beach with a lot of places to eat and things to do within walking distance. Owner is a great guy who was very helpful and quick in responding to any messages. Highly recommend!

The property looked exactly like the pictures, and really no communication was needed other than what was in the notes on the VRBO site. Nice grill area with seating, a really nice screen porch with good fans that made it comfortable, everything inside the house worked well, and it was very clean and comfortable.

It’s the perfect location to beach, shops, restaurants, and general activities. Jim was absolutely phenomenal!! Super informative about events going on, very respectful and responsive to questions, checked in to see how things were going and if we needed anything! I couldn’t have asked for a better host for my first time out of state adventure on my own!! He helped make it memorable for my family vacation!! The house was better than I could have imagined!! It was the perfect get away! Super clean, simple, yet homey. They have all the essentials you’ll need for your stay plus some extras. It truly was the best place and best host I could have ever had!! I will recommend to everyone!!!

We had a nice stay with family. The house was very close to the beach and the beach was not crowded. Wonderful communication with the owner. Only draw-back is unexpected charge for "incidential insurance". We could have received insurance deposit back if paid in full with the owner...but we did not have that deposit in our budget on short notice. This booking occurred a day before our stay. Otherwise, very flexible with check in time.

We had great communication with Jim. He was very responsive and quick to get back to us with any questions we had. He gave great recommendations about the area-we were able to see a rocket launch while we were there. The property was great, just the right size for our family, with lots of outdoor living space.

Jim was quick and easy to communicate with. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk away - perfect for the surfing teens. We appreciated the beach towels and outdoor shower. The house has all the amenities to be comfortable,including a large washer and dryer and an easy to use thermostat. We made most of our meals, and the kitchen had all the tools you could need. The beds were firm yet comfortable. All in all, a great stay.

This was our first visit to Cocoa Beach and quickly learned this house is in a very convenient location! Super clean, everything we needed was in the kitchen and Jim was super easy to work with! Would definitely rent this house again!

One block from the beach, and within walk-in distance to Publix, a great Pizzaria, mini golf, go-carts. Overall I’m very pleased and would rent again.

Great Property
The owner Jim was very helpful and answered all my questions. We were here for 6 days for a baseball tournament. We had wagon to transport our belongings at the ball fields we also used to help carry our stuff to the beach. The walk to the beach is not bad at all but the walk from the boardwalk through the thick sand is hard carrying stuff. The house has everything you need for gas grill, to washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen. We love it! There’s also a Publix less than a mile away!

Wonderful experience
Our family traveled to the area to visit the beach and Kennedy Space Center. We always rent homes when we travel because of our need for a kitchen (food allergies). By far, this was the cleanest house we have ever stayed at. The property is located near many restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, beach shops, etc. We woke up early on our final morning and walked to the beach (3-4 minute walk) to watch the sunrise. It was a very memorable short trip and this house truly contributed to the great experience. The keyless entry and the availability of the property manager added to the convenience. We truly loved staying at this house and would love to stay here again in the future.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this perfectly located house, just a block from the beach! Check in was easy and Jim was very responsive leading up to and during our stay. We found fun activities, shopping and restaurants within walking distance or a close drive away. The screened in porch is a great spot to relax with the family. Wonderful time at this cozy Cocoa Beach bungalow.
