Property was not the cleanest but owner was responsive and very easy to work with. House had incredible views and was able to host all of our guests. Accommodations were as described and supported our event as planned and hoped for. Truly enjoyed by all. Forgotten items were handled exceptionally well! Would stay here again and recomend for large groups.

Skybridge is a beautiful property with a panoramic view of Bear Lake. The gathering areas, balconies and decks are wonderful. The play area, theatre room, yard, and various lounging nooks were paradises for kids. Just a few things marred our otherwise amazing time. MICE! We had nightime visitors in bathrooms. We felt the owners could have been more responsive. We left two messages which went unanswered all day. We had to take matters into our own hands.When we did at last hear from them, they made a generous offer to make amends for the situation. We didn't receive quick responses when we had questions prior to our visit. Bathroom situation on the lower level not great. Only 2 bathrooms for 5 families. I'm sure they will address and fix these issues. I'm still giving them 5 stars, because it is a fabulous property and provided an amazing reunion for our family. In spite of the issues, it was still great!

We had a large group with three generations gathered for Thanksgiving celebration. The house was perfect for our needs and met the needs for people of all age group.

The house was wonderful. We had fifty people and there was plenty of room for all of us. The yard was great for kids to play. The view is lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great time. Thank you!

The house was the prefect size for our large group. The amenities provided were perfect and not lacking. It had everything and was beautiful.

The house and all kitchenware was very well stocked. It wasn’t clean when we arrived and we had to wait a couple hours to enter the MIL apt. Our only problem was lack of dishcloths, trash liners for kitchen, paper towels and dish soap must have been overlooked at cleaning time. The cleanliness of shelves, cupboards and floor in the Kitchen was mediocre. The overall facility was amazing. And the cleaning gal brought us what we needed on our second day there. It was a wonderful week to be there in such a large house because the weather was rain on 3 days and we were all together… inside. Thank you for such an awesome place!

familly reunion
We really enjoyed our stay. Our grandchildren love the toy room and all the space they could run. There were so many room and it was fun to see how people chose which was theirs. We loved having all the equipment need for meals and for the space to store things. We also enjoy the beach. Thanks for a wonderful fime.

Great for a Family Reunion
We absolutely loved our stay at Skybridge. The owners were able to answer all of our questions prior to our stay quickly, and were responsive to any message we sent during our 5 days. Although we had to supplement the tables and chairs available to have our group of 60+ dinners eat together, we had plenty of beds, linens, and space for the whole group to gather. The access to the beach was phenomenal, and the view of Bear Lake must be one of the best ones in the whole area.

Great View
We had a family reunion at the property. Everyone loved the house. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our stay. Check in was easy and the host was easy to contact with questions. We utilized the private beach which was amazing. Definitely recommend this home for a family reunion or other large gathering.

SKYBRIDGE HOME
It was such a beautiful home more then enough room to accommodate our family Reunion. Well kept very clean and the most beautiful view if the lake every morning and evening. The weather was rainy but we were thankful to be indoors in such a beautiful accommodating home for our children and adults ❤. My husband needed a ramp for his wheelchair/scooter the home had everything he needed. We wanted for nothing!!

This house was even more perfect than imagined, all the guests were amazed by the house, and plenty of places to sleep. Location was beautiful, and the hosts were super helpful!!! Would recommend 11/10

Loved it!!
we stayed at Skybridge in February. The views were stunning, the house was amazing and we had plenty of room even though we didn't spend much time outdoors.
The huge kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for and serve a large group made the meals even more enjoyable. We used both refrigerators and loved the bottle filler.
We would highly recommend this home for a large group!! My one simple request would be to send the pre-arrival document a little earlier than the day of, just so we would know 100% what to expect.

Pretty Nice Place
Overall Skybridge is a very nice property and was wonderful for our Christmas party for 28 people. There were a couple issues on check in that were quickly resolved as best they could be. I won't go into details as it is not important, but there was one issue that was due to just mishap and not negligence of the manager or anything that couldn't really be dealt with. However, it did not really hinder us from using the property and was a minor inconvenience. And with that I would say that I would consider renting this property again.
However, I have to say the "sleeps up to 75" is a little misleading. Technically you could probably pull this off. But I would also say that if you exceeded about 40 you would really find yourselves being uncomfortable and being stressed by not enough bathrooms for everyone.
All things considered it is a fine property with beautiful views. Possibly a little overpriced for what it really is, but a nice place to get away.

GORGEOUS home and absolutely STUNNING views!
We hosted 70 beautiful women and had the most amazing time! This home is MUCH more spectacular in person than these pictures. SO pleased and would love to come again. THANKS again!

Incredible Views!
This was a wonderful experience. We did have an issue with the fridge but Garth was wonderful about communicating with us and we got it fixed. The views are breathtaking and the grounds are wonderful. The space accommodated all 55 of us. We spent as much time as possible on the decks in the sun. We also loved it's proximity to restaurants, beautiful hikes and the private beach access. The only thing we didn't love was there wasn't any cleaning products, I wish we would have had some available for the kitchen, or had we known we would have brought our own. Overall this was a 10/10 experience and I hope we go back soon!!
