The location is perfect.

Well sized apartment generally. Pretty location and good views. Near a pib and shops.
Second bedroom was v small. Quite a long walk from Garmisch.

It has good view
The building is old and the furnitures are old both need renovation and replacement pictures attached. The owner charged me 24€ which not mentioned in the booking when I talked to here about it, she became angry and refused to give me invoice for this 24€ payment.

A roomy two-bedroom apartment with a spectacular view on the edge of town with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The tourist cards allowed us to take the bus around town.
It was a little tricky to get the code for the apartment since there isn't a front desk.

Proffessional communication, very clean, comfortable beds.
Top floor with slanting ceiling and we are all very tall. 😁 But that wasn' t such a big problem except for the shower cabine. Bathroom, especially the shower, was very small. Iti was very difficult to get into shower cabine and close the door. We needed to sit on the provided plastic chair to have a shower. Also, in the kitchen my husband and son needed to bow their heads when using the appliances..

Nice communication with host, very straightforward checkin / checkout procedure.
The apartments are generally ok, but it worth to make some maintenance. For instance some lights were not working, but it was not too important for us.
Also it's not very clear where we can park and where we can't. There is a lot of space in front of the building, but there are only two parking spots which are definitely belongs to it. All other space is under big question.

The apt was clean, comfortable and easy to check-in. You can't beat the view from the balcony, and more kitchen appliances than expected! Yay toaster! Great value for the area.
Only issue is parking, we weren't sure which parking space to use, however it wasn't crowded and we parked with no problem. Expect in high season parking might be more tricky.

The fantastic view from the balcony!
The low water pressure in the kitchen. Also there's no washing machine which is not ideal if you're vacationing for a week or longer...

We loved the view, the bedrooms were very comfortable, and the location was great!
We did not have a working shower for the duration of our stay for 3 nights. The drain was clogged and spouted out black mold and dirt when we turned the water on. The owner said he asked someone to fix the problem, but unfortunately they never arrived.

Perfect view of mountain scenery.
Property is nice but becomes expensive if not used Tonfall capacity. Kitchen kind of small compared to rest of property but well equipped.

We had a wonderful stay! Very close to all areas of interest, guest passes were great! The Host Management was exceptional. We look forward to staying with them again.
