All the hotel staff members were very pleasant and cheerful. Made my stay comfortable.

Nothing that I didn't like in particular. Though slippers may be included.

Room was big size and had a nice balcony, Nice location, very nice neighbourhood. I liked that on each floor there has been containers for recycling

1.Ladies at reception could be a bit more nicer, customer friendly. 2.We got one dirty or used towel - old stains of make up on it possibly. 3.Breakfast price was shocking- 70 zloty per person. At first I thought it meant to be for couple but reception staff clarified it's 70 zloty pp.

Parking, everything okay

This is my second stay in the hotel Akron park Family & Friends! I like the location, it’s very quiet and clean.

I didn’t like the breakfast price, because it didn’t cost the value of the breakfast, I think 50zl is maximum price for that kind of breakfast. Second thins the cost of parking too much for one night, when you add all the other expenses, then you can stay somewhere in the center of Gdansk.

Good business hotel in Oliwa close to the station. Elegant rooms, good breakfast with a variety of options, fitness and sauna facilities. Not cheap, but neither expensive.

The property was clean and the check in was effortless. The restaurant was very good and the range of food available was extensive.

The location was a bit far from Gdańsk, however if you are looking for a great place to stay for Challenge Gdańsk it is a great place to stay because of its proximity to brezno beach

The gym was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, we received two complimentary water bottles every day

The air-conditioning was very poor and we barely felt it. We called a technician twice, and he said it's working, but the air output was extremely weak and the room was hot. We received a fan a day before we left, which was nice but a little late. The toiletries were lacking (only a multi-purpose soap). The breakfast was just okay, no bacon or meat other than sausages. There was no place to buy food at night, the bar was only open until 22:00.

Unfortunaetly hotel is not serving any gluten free breakfest. I add my request 1 month in advance and I remind about GF needs once arrived. It was very unpleasent surprise that 4 star hotel doesn't have any GF products available in breakfest buffet. On my request kichen prepared only grilled vegetables. Next day I was assured that scrumbled eggs will be prepared for me but that not happened. To hotel manager: please train staff and include special needs food table to standard buffet. Otherwise it is discrimination. I recommend to go to any Italy or Spain hotel to see role model allergic food station.
