It was an amazing stay! The pictures did not do it justice it was even better than expected! The only bad thing I have to say is that the furniture was very stained and dirty. Other than that it was perfect. Close to everything you could ever wanna need to go to the beach. Will definitely use this place again. Honestly we didn’t wanna leave lol

This house was perfectly located to everything we needed. It was beautiful and the pool, grill, and kitchen were the best parts! We utilized all features of this house & being pet-friendly was super convenient for our fur baby! Our only complaint is the mattresses of the master bedroom (king bed) and the back bedroom. The king mattress is so firm it's extremely uncomfortable and woke up hurting every morning. The other bedroom mattress sinks in the middle and you can tell that just by looking at it. I would recommend replacing both mattresses for future guests to be more comfortable. The other mattress where our kids slept was the most comfortable bed. Even the couch was more comfortable than the king bed. The screen porch roof leaks during rain but wasn't a big deal to us. The laundry facilities in the garage were so convenient so we could wash everything before we left. Overall this house was great! Because you go on vacation and look to get a great night's rest each night you're away from home, you want to wake up feeling refreshed and rested. That part was not the case. Otherwise, very convenient and great location to the beach and bay and everything you come to visit the area for. The pool was such a wonderful touch because we needed that since the water at the beach was rough several days. The house was clean. We had a little trouble with the code getting in on day 1 because specific instructions were not provided on using "*" or "#" before or after the code so we called to get a new code and it was never sent to us in an email or text so once we were in we had to use side entrance every time, but that really wasn't a problem once we were able to get in and unlock from outside. Then we could use the code for that side door every time. The kids liked having access to TV apps like Disney+ etc. And of course the pool. The kitchen table seated all 6 of us in our crew comfortably. The kitchen had most things we needed for cooking. Very nice setup and appliances. Plenty of space for the dog inside and out, having separate fenced area for the dog to potty and play outside. I would say my biggest and only true complaint is the beds. Otherwise our stay was pleasant. Thank you.

We wanted to be near boat ramp. It was myself, my wife, son and his gf, daughter, her husband and their 3 yr old and baby. We had a nice family weekend. Your place is lovely.

A few things needed attention but I believe the owner was just not aware and will take care of these things: Master bedroom bed kept breaking - fixed it 3 times and gave up, bedroom light often didn't work, ice maker is broken, upholstered furniture is extremely dirty, toaster is broken, no place for soap or shampoo in shower so had to put things on shower floor. All things are fixable so would suggest the owner spend a couple of days there, looking through the eyes of a paying guest.

This property was nicely located in Gulf Breeze with only a short drive to Pensacola Beach and many other attractions. Its central location was great for our family vacation, yet it also offered the relaxing atmosphere of a quiet neighborhood. We hope to return again someday.

The home was clean and nice. The pool was awesome. I was surprised to see only 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods and only ONE extra trash bag for a week long stay. These are things that are normally provided with plenty of extras for your stay. There are high weeds growing in the back yard patio area. There are minimal towels and no “pool towels” so we found ourselves needing to wash towels every day. There are very few food storage bowls, minimal selection of pots/pans/bowls to cook and bake in. When I book these homes it is because I plan on doing much of the cooking myself - and we struggled to find proper things to cook with. There are only 4 steak knives in this 3 bedroom home so when we grilled steaks we had to share knives. All in all it’s a nice house and was clean, but could certainly improve the things listed above. We had to go shopping to buy toilet paper, trash bags, food storage bowls / baggies.

We love the house, the swimming pool was fantastic, the house was excellent could use more utensils but other than that was wonderful we have a great time highly recommend.
