Constant breakfast with no varieties - standard Turkish breakfast everyday Bathroom - could be better, has holes and some cracks in the walls; sometimes can be smelly (ask the receptionists to fix it, cleaning ladies will come and fill the drains with special liquid (?), but it may help only for a day) In 40 degrees Celsius air conditioner will run out of its strength, cause rooms have huge front windows The front windows are dirty, so you cannot see clear view of the sea from your room (if your room is located on the 1st floor)

The rooms were very tasteful and spacious. The outdoor space with the room was plentiful. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating. A gent called Ahmet who served us at breakfast was extremely courteous and couldn’t do enough to help us. On the whole I think the location, value for money and staff would mean if we did return to bodrum we would definitely consider Roas again.

The shower was a little on the small side. The pool area was also very small which we felt let the stay down a little. We did not end up using it at all but given the great location (near the beach) it wasn’t a major issue.

The breakfast was excellent! The room was excellent. The pool was great! , only a few other people around most days so it was like having a private pool. Staff are friendly ! Location was great! If you like boutique hotels this is a good choice.

The air con in our room would shut off after a while and then you would have to switch the breaker back on again.

We stayed at the Roas Hotel for 3 days and everything was amazing. The room was spacious and clean, the view from the hotel was breathtaking, the staff was very helpful and nice, big thanks to Elif, she is the sweetest <3 Also, the hotel is pretty close to the center of Bodrum, which is also great. Hope to be back one day :)

The Hotel was spotless, in a beautiful setting. The staff were all so friendly and very attentive. Our room had the most amazing view of the beautiful bay and the bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in.

I'd of personally liked to of seen more authentic Turkish food on the restaurants evening menu, although I understand that is only preference. The food we had was all of great quality and they did offer a spectacular Turkish breakfast.

The staff were amazing. Ahmed who ran the restaurant was so very good to us. Everyone was so willing to go above and beyond to make our stay special.

stayed here for my anniversary and the hotel went above and beyond for us which was really great, breakfast was really nice, staff were friendly, the room with the outdoor bath was amazing, bed was comfy, great that it has a smart tv, lovely view. paid £200 for 3 nights in March which I thought was so reasonable but I hear in summer it’s super expensive. Really great hotel with memorable sunsets

Stunning hotel away from the craziness of Central Bodrum. Rooms are comfy and have the most amazing views of the ocean and boat docks. Definitely a great spot to stay in Bodrum if you have a car to drive the central bodrum

Had an amazing time, room was really spacious and comfortable! Views were fabulous. Staff were very kind and generous especially Serkan, who made our stay very enjoyable. Will definitely be returning

Awesome Turkish breakfast with a view! I could book this hotel only for the breakfast only. We had a cozy room with a big balcony and also a view to the sea. Very quiet. Have parking. A bit far away from the city center, but in located in the quiet and green neighborhood. 5 min walking to the beach.

The staff were the best. The view over the bay was fanatastic. A little away from the town (about 10-15 minute taxi ride).
