Told when we arrived that our booking was for another day and we were sent away to a more expensive hotel at our own cost. Turns out this was not the case, the booking was correct they had just given our rooms away as the Tour de France was passing through. Insanely poor practice!

Reception staff could only speak Italian and we needed to hand in our passports every time we leave the room.

Location was perfect. Hotel has bus stop next to it plus Parking spots available. Hotel was clean with nice view. Pretty close to the Old Town by car or by bus. Restaurant serves good food. Towels and amenities were provided

The WiFi is so bad. I hardly had WiFi on my phone and when I mentioned to the staff at reception they gave me some private WiFi but that didn’t work either. The walls are thin so you will hear lots of noise if the neighbouring rooms have kids or teenagers. We didn’t get any tourist information from the staff at reception about the San Marino card or how to get the hotel with bus or car, which costed us time to go all the way up to the Old Town and come down. You can get down before if you are coming from Rimini to San Marino by bus at Domignano stop. Breakfast wasn’t good, the bread was dry so we’re other stuff except musli, wasn’t worth it for 5€. The mattress was hard. But again what do you expect for the price you paid

Nice customer service at the reception. Very helpful. Hotel has a nice restaurant. Great food.

It's reasonably close to get to San Marino center but one needs a mode of transport.

Very convenient restaurant and location and parking

Location is ok if you travel by car.

The room looked like it was renovated last century. Very bad soundproofing. Could hear every move of the neighbors and also, every use of the toilet was like in the middle of the room.
