We had the opportunity to stay at this property in December 2023. We had 13 guest overnight at the property and 19 during the day. There is plenty of room to entertain, have quite time and the views are amazing. I would recommend this property. Excellent for large groups! Wish we would have had more time!!

We love the Sea Castle! The pictures of the listing is exactly what you can expect and more. Solid construction, beautifully appointed, lots of natural light and tremendous amounts of space for gathering, visiting, eating and fun. The only thing that was an issue is that the pool lights did not turn on. Very minor thing. Everyone was comfortable, beds and linens were amazing. The complementary umbrella and chairs on the beach each morning was special. The kitchen is well appointed with dishes, cookware, flatware, and everything you would need. We look forward to booking this location again as everyone absolutely raved about it.

The house and it’s views were absolutely amazing. We loved that our teenagers had space to chill downstairs and our littles loved the bunk room on the top floor. Was a perfect set up. Lots of dishes to cook, ice machines helped so much with 15 people, and double dishwasher is great. Would rent a million times over!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our family beach vacation at Sea Castle. A well designed vacation rental home with plenty of space and directly on the beach. The heated pool and spa were used often by all of us. I give this rental a thumbs up with five stars!

We stayed here with 10 adults and three young children. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped. The vibe is luxurious. We cooked, grilled and ate our family dinners on the porch off the kitchen or by the pool; both locations overlook the ocean. The view was unbelievable!! There were 2 offices off the stairs where those who wanted to work a day or two could find a quiet space and still enjoy a beautiful beach view. The 8 chairs and umbrellas which were delivered to the beach each day were a nice, much appreciated touch. The beach is soft sugar sand. One evening, we had a bonfire on the beach arranged through the management, complete with beach chairs, blue tooth speaker, tiki torches and s'mores. The management was professional, responsive, helpful .... the best! We would definitely stay here again.

The home is spectacular! The check in process was frustrating as the cleaning crew was still working when we were supposed to have access. We had two large grocery deliveries and no place to put them. We gained entry about 45 min late . Once we were in it was paradise!

Beautiful home! We had lots of space for spending time together as well as a little quiet time to read or nap! Beach access was very convenient and the beach setup each morning was perfect.

My family and friends stayed at this beautiful property to enjoy my 40th, and it was absolutely perfect! We had an issue with the hot tub and the property manager sent someone out immediately. The service provider was extremely rude, but that is our only complaint.

Everything was quite perfect!!! House is so well done. The ice machines got a 10 star rating. Could use a vacuum, full length mirrors at least one on each floor, more hooks in the bathroom, more trash cans in the back bedrooms…just some thought from the group. 🥰

We loved our stay at Sea Castle! We had a large group of 19 and never felt crowded. Everyone had their own space which was very comfortable and nice for the teens in the group to have their own spot to hang. The beach was terrific and having the chairs already set up each day was a huge plus. The seating in the main room was really comfortable and easily accommodated our family. The only criticism I would have is that the kitchen does not have a pantry for groceries. Other than that, it was wonderful. We've already booked for next summer! Thanks!

The “Sea Castle” had everything you could want or need. The owners thought about everything when it came to this beach house. The location was great with a cvs, Publix and liquor store all within a mile. Gorgeous house on a gorgeous beach-what else could you ask for. Very accommodating with any request and hope to be so lucky to stay there again in the future. Don’t even think about it-just book it!

The best place our family has vacationed at together. From the moment we arrived to the breathtaking views on every floor, to the moment we had to leave. Nothing short of spectacular! White powder sand, crystal clear ocean and no shortage of things to do. You really don't need to leave "the castle" and we barely did. Every room was perfect and the master suite was unforgettable. Loved the spiral staircase. We didn't discover the outdoor bathroom by the pool until the last day but what a great touch. Would have stayed another week if we could and the family agreed that we vacation here again. Constructive criticism would be about the size of the Big Green Egg... would have opted for a larger size based on how many people could stay here or another outdoor grill to supplement. Also the 4th floor Master had a very loud ice maker which did interfere with my in-laws sleep and the thermostat on that floor seemed to not work right but compared to the positives of this place, these things are barely worth mentioning. Rarely do I say this, but this place was worth every penny.

30A Escapes provided everything you could possibly require. The Kitchen was better equipped than my own home is. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels, Toilet paper, Paper Towels, and Trash bags. The beach access was great and the outdoor accommodations such as pool and hot tub were the bomb. The house truly is a "showplace". It is absolutely gorgeous and I highly recommend booking your vacation with 30A Escapes.

This house is amazing and beautiful! It has everything. Perfect for our large family vacation. 30A Escapes were great as well, quick responses to all of our questions or requests.

I’ve reached out on three occasions to discuss our disappointment and frustration. Each time I was told somebody would reach out and since 08/06/2021, I have yet to hear from somebody regarding our stay. Good Evening, I wanted to reach out and let you know about our experience this week. We had a great week up until Thursday afternoon when a guy showed up and started doing work on the pool. The guy did not acknowledge our presence at the pool nor did he speak to us at any point in time. As we were in the pool, we realized it was being drained. At this point, there were tools and hoses laying around but the guy was nowhere to be found. I reached out to 30A yesterday and a friendly gentleman asked to give him some time as there were no notes in the system. He called me back shortly after and informed me that nobody really knows what’s going on but in speaking to the guy who services the pool they believed that light(s) were being installed and that it should be finished by Thursday evening. Friday morning comes around and there’s still a hole in the pool and it is still drained and the guy is not there to finish the work. I called 30A at 9:00 AM and spoke to a lady who was going to find out what was going on and call me back. At 10:30 AM, I still had not received a call back so I called 30A again and spoke to a gentleman who was going to get an update and call me back. I never received a call back. As I sit here writing this email, the pool remains drained. We have a few people that are not able to come down to the ocean which is why we rented a house with a pool. I can understand if the pool had an issue that was needing repaired, but installing pool light(s) is elective and to do so in the middle of our stay with absolutely no communication is not appropriate. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated.
