Amazing property with a great view!

We had a great experience. We had 6 adults and 2 kids in the condo and had more than enough space. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and there were lots of beach toys to use. I had questions during the stay and Aaron was very responsive and helped me. I would definitely stay again!

The property itself was amazing, the view was spectacular, having coffee in the morning looking out at a full ocean view was wonderful especially when the fireworks were going off, Plenty of room for families!!

The view was great of the beach. We’ve spent majority of our time at the kiddie splash pad with my little boy. Waterscape is our favorite resort due to lazy river, kiddie pool, and bar by the pool.

We travel for work throughout the year (approximately 25 weeks) and stay at VRBOs routinely. This was one of the best places we have been so far!!! The unit was beautiful (better than the photo's). Every attention to detail has been taken. The place was comfortable and quiet. Every possible need is anticipated and there for you. Just pack your bags and go! We have marked this as one of our all time favorites and hope to return soon!!

This was perfect. It was clean, and the perfect size for my family. The view is one of the best views of the entire place. We are so thankful we found this listing. We definitely can’t wait to come back.

Went on Spring Break with my grown children and grandson, we all stayed together in this condo. Everyone had a great time. Condo was so nice, and big enough that everyone had space, but close enough to each other to know we were all together. We will l definitely come back.

Beautiful views and easy access to the beach and community pools & hot tubs. Plenty to do for kids and great location for activities & restaurants off the property.

This condo is Fabulous!! We all had a blast and wished we could have stayed longer. Everything you could possible want is at this condo. The lazy pool and the beach are perfection. Schedule your grocery delivery and put on your swim suit and walk a few steps to the beach or pool. The view is unbeatable. Many restaurants are walkable or a short drive. It is the best!!

This was our first time in this unit. Michelle was great to work with and the unit was beautiful! Better in person! The kitchen had everything you needed and there was enough room for 2 families to spend a week together. The view was perfect, we will be back!!

This property was so clean and everything had its place. It was super comfortable and the view was incredible! The owner, Michelle, was a blast to work with. She answered all my questions promptly and went above a beyond!! We felt at home all week and before we left decided to book another trip. We absolutely loved your Condo Unit. Unfortunately due to the weather and our Cheer schedule we did not enjoy the amenities it includes. We will definitely contact you on our next return to the area.

This vacation rental was even better than pictured. The view was insane, like pretty much ocean front. The rental had plenty of room for everyone, and was very well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook a home cooked meal or just order in for the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here for the week.

The bathrooms were enormous, the king master bathroom could be a bedroom it was so big. The bedrooms were so comfortable and had breathtaking views! The entire condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. Matter of fact there is nothing I could even begin to complain about. The kids loved the sand toys and bunk beds as well as the outdoor pools and hot tubs! There were little things everywhere to make you feel at home including k cups, a bowl of candy, condiments, beach chairs, cooler, and frequently forgot items! Michelle was quick to get back to us during booking and to answer any questions making everything from booking to check out so easy.We can't wait to come back! From the moment we got to this resort we were on vacation! We ran to the store (5 min away), put away some groceries and we were ready. There is literally no "setup" involved here, everything is as described and in good working order. All you have to do is book, arrive and enjoy! We would highly recommend and book again for sure! Pro's: -Clean, fully stocked with the basics -Practical condo layout for larger group -Views are fantastic -Resort pool area is great for all ages (lots of pool options) -Beach service included plus the kayaks/paddle board omits the need to worry about the hidden cost of beach ease & fun -Lots of fun activities and good food within walking distance Cons: -Long walk from the parking garage, so make sure you grab one of the luggage carts before heading to the condo (it is a long hallway so it is covered and climate controlled though) -NOVEMBER guests: Tiki bar is closed and the pools are not heated (there are two large jacuzzi's to jump in if the water is too chilly)

The owners are amazing to work with! They kept us informed of all the updates regarding COVID 19. Beautiful beachy condo and the view from the balcony is spectacular! Especially on Wednesday nights when we got a front row seat for the fireworks! Absolutely recommend!

Poolside grilling. Soft beach sand. Great seafood restaurants and shopping nearby. Kids loved paddleboarding and fighting the Gulf waves. Family friendly.

We really like this condo. It was spotless on arrival. The view is fantastic. We had ten total, and everyone had a bed. I really liked the bunk beds. Some condos have a bunk bed along a main hallway, but this one was along the hallway leading to a large laundry room. This made it more private. The walk from the parking garage is long, but there were plenty of carts available to put groceries or luggage on. Plus the walk was indoors, so it is climate controlled. The pools were open in November, and we were able to rent beach chairs for the week. The weather was perfect. We were at the beach or the pools most of the time, but we had plenty of room to spread out in the condo. My college age kids had homework, and they were able to find quiet places to get that done while the rest watched movies or played games. This condo is very well stocked with games, appliances and extras (condiments, spices, paper plates,etc). It was a really fun vacation, and we hope to come again!
