Good smell especially the bathroom. Attentive and responsive owner to all our problems, we really appreciate it. Coffee pods and machine was great. Comfortable stay! Suitable for kids especially the trampoline.

Perfect for one night stay whilst travelling to Bosnia and Croatia. Located on the owners main plot of land. Very easy contact with an owner via Booking.com messaging with prompt replies. Very clean apartment with all required facilities and fully equipped kitchen; comfortable beds, towels and toiletries made available, good location on the outskirts of Graz, close to the motorway with many shops and petrol stations nearby.

Overall we can't complain. Owner is building some more small apartments/holiday stays so the whole area in front or our apartment was a building site - assume it all will be OK after building is finished. Bed linen on the main bed was dirty and smelly - made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

The apartments are convenient for a transit stop.

A basic & comfortable place to stay during transit via Austria. there’s all needed for short stay. the contact with owner was quick and perfect, despite we booked it quite late in the evening.
