Brilliant little place within walking distance of Liverpool Airport. Free secure parking which is a bonus. Our host, who I'm guessing was the owner, could not have been more friendly and helpful. The building and rooms were absolutely immaculate and well appointed, We booked two rooms both of which were a good size. Would definitely book again if in the area.

Booked a room as we were flying out from Liverpool airport early the next morning. The airport is literally around the corner and we were easily able to catch a bus into the city centre for the afternoon/evening. Host was very friendly and helpful and explained we could have left our car in their carpark (which is locked overnight) for the duration of our holiday at a much cheaper rate than we paid for airport parking. Room was pleasant, clean and well stocked. Will stay again. Highly recommend.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is very close to the airport which is what we needed. We had a good nights sleep, would stay again.

Not a lot around the area, we had to walk about 15 minutes to the local shop.

Spotlessly clean and really friendly welcome. Lovely comfortable room. Bus stop at the end of the road to.get bus into Liverpool. Easy walking distance to Liverpool airport.

Great location in easy walking distance from the airport…very clean, comfortable and friendly.

Proximity to airport and whilst we didn't leave car, it would have been cheaper to do so.

The room was cozy and the host Jimmy is great. Water pressure was great, house was clean and quiet. Coffee and tea in the room was a good surprise for me.

I didn't enjoy the heating system. In the evening the radiator was extremely hot and the room very warm. By morning the temperature lowered so much that all parts that weren't under the blanket were freezing.

Good shower. Clean room. Wecolming staff. Person was ready holding open door on arrival.

Would have liked tea etc automatically restocked for second night, but there was a button we could have pressed to request this.
