exactly as advertised, no issues with the house, great views, the grill and the gas fireplace works well. The place was very clean and inviting.

This house included everything you need including a view we could not get enough of. We even saw a mountain lion pass by our deck one early evening. The location is close enough to downtown but far enough away for peacefulness and a feeling of seclusion. There are also many trails and sights nearby. I strongly recommend to anyone a trip to Sedona and staying at this property when doing so.

Our first visit to Sedona and it was an amazing trip! This house was in a perfect location, private setting and excellent for our family of four! The deck has the most amazing views that the pictures just barely capture!! Quiet & relaxing we enjoyed spending time at this house when not adventuring in Sedona. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the great room and kitchen have such a nice layout so everyone can be together. Everyone had their own space for the bedrooms which was great for our 2 teens. Just a fantastic spot! We spent a lot of time finding the right VRBO to rent and I’m so glad we chose this home!! Thank you!

We've stayed in a lot of VRBO homes and loved Sedona. But, this property fell short of supplying the amenities given the high rental rate. Very limited selection of bed linens, pillows and blankets. The property management company could not supply a light weight blanket - given the 80 degree temperatures outside. The manager, actually said, turn down the AC and use the one heavy weight winter comforter. Ugh!! The house sleeps 3-4 at most. The pullout couch, if used, would limited access to the bathroom and hot tub. The deck faces route 179 and you can see and hear the highway noise, especially at night when looking at the stars. Sorry to be a curmudgeon but hope its helpful.

This house was well situated with ease to the main town of Sedona (~8 mins) and terrific unobstructed views of the red rocks. The house is spacious and the kitchen well stocked with cooking appliances, gadgets, and table ware. The management company was very responsive. All in all we had a great stay!

Had a wonderful two weeks in Sedona. House is accurately portrayed in the photos. Incredible views from the living room. Very well-equipped kitchen. And wonderful location, just a 5 minute drive to downtown Sedona, 10 minutes to the Whole Foods. Close to dozens of great hikes. Only glitch was that the heaters did not work in the master shower, and it was too cold to use without them, so had to use the second bathroom - a small inconvenience. But great house - highly recommend.

Perfect place for our stay! Close to everything and amazing views anywhere you looked. Kitchen was fully stocked for making meals in. Very comfortable! We even saw a small pack of coyotes running down the hill on the side of the property the day we left. Rental company was great to work with and had little extra touches including great info on the area.We highly recommend!

We loved the view and amenities at this property! We were able to use the kitchen for cooking meals on our nights in, loved the fire table on the deck and hot tub for warming up and looking at the amazing views. Checkin instructions and communication with the rental company were very easy and fast. The only negatives were that you couldn’t use both showers at the same time due to lack of hot water, the hot tub didn’t get very hot, had a couple fights with the front door lock, and the javelinas dumped the trash can one night- so we picked up someone else’s trash. That being said- would absolutely stay here again!

Can’t recommend this VRBO enough! Had a wonderful time in Sedona with my husband and parents. The living space and views were to die for and the kitchen had everything we needed for great meals. 10/10 in our minds!

Super clean, full of amenities, modern home with amazing views. Easy to get to Hikes and busier parts of Sedona, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful deck, kitchen, living room with cozy fireplace. Such a comfortable and welcoming place for our family.

Loved the location and views here! Stunning red rocks all around. Quiet neighborhood and gorgeous home!! The main bathroom shower was a little chilly without having a door, but guessing it wouldn’t be as bad during the summertime. And it is a Sleep Number bed in the main bedroom, just FYI. But highly recommend this property and would stay here again for sure!!!

This home was perfect! Quiet neighborhood, close to town but off the "beaten path," beautiful, clean and comfortable. The view from the deck was wonderful - watched the sun rise and the moon rise over the Twin Buttes. Just what we needed for a quiet and relaxing get away. We would certainly stay here again!

This home is beautiful and the views are amazing. We walked in to find everything sparkling clean - over the top welcoming! Beautiful neighborhood to walk in, the bed was heavenly comfy, everything and more that we needed for a wonderful getaway.. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The views from almost every room in the house are breathtaking. It is conveniently located on the way to the main part of town, not far from several grocery stores, restaurants and most of all with easy drivable access to many different trails and sights. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We needed extra sheets and blankets and a quick call resolved that in less than an hour. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and views un-paralleled. The living space, patio, and kitchen (very well stocked) was great for a group of gals that hadn't seen each other in 2.5 years except for weekly "Wine Wednesday" on Zoom. The bedrooms may have been better suited for a family instead of 5 friends as they is a big size difference but we made it work and enjoyed in thoroughly. Note that the hot-tub is not really suited for more than two adults but it was a nice back yard space. All in all highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay and all 7 of us agree the house was perfect for our needs. First, we stayed for 6 days and took day trips, basing our adventures out of Sedona, which turned out to be an excellent location and incredibly beautiful. One warning for people who haven't been to Sedona - if you are seeking nightlife, this is not the place. It shuts down early and there are multiple ordinances regarding noise and exterior lighting at night, which suited us and made for wonderful evenings sitting on the deck looking at the stars. Also, there was so much to do in the region, we had no shortage of adventures. There was also a burn ban due to the dry conditions and there were multiple brush fires in the region - close enough we could regularly see the helicopters carrying fire-dousing substances. There was only 1 day that was extremely hot, but the remaining days were perfect. Evenings were very pleasant, much nicer than our mid-western home during this period. We chose the house based on two main criteria: Its exterior balconies and views, as well as the house's openness. We were very pleased to find that both aspects lived up to our hopes and we ate idyllic dinners on the balcony several times. As well, the openness meant that everybody could fit in the family room without being squished - also the kitchen oversaw the entire family room and meant nobody with kitchen duties suffered isolation. By the way, kitchen amenities were excellent and all in working order. Everything else was well maintained. We had 7 adults (4 adult children) and the 3rd bedroom worked pretty well, maybe a little tight on the couch bed, but all beds were comfortable and there were few complaints. We wouldn't have changed a thing about our stay and would definitely stay there again. List of minor complaints: - to little toilet paper - one too many spiders, but not enough to contact the property managers - two few places to sit in the family room. If its going to sleep 7, then it should sit 7 comfortably without having to sit on the floor or bring over dining table chairs. - the open rock shower. It looked awesome but being open to the entire room meant that once you turned the water off, you were cold None of these significantly impacted a most pleasant stay. Thank you!

I cannot believe I missed writing a review before this. We adore Sedona and enjoyed this as our home base. Quiet neighborhood, stunning view, lots of space, a relaxing hot tub and well-equipped kitchen. We have had some patchy experiences with rental agencies but this agency was very good.

The pictures do a good job describing the beautiful home and scenic view. The neighborhood is quite, nice. Close to the excitement of the downtown area but not so close that there is any noise, congestion or traffic. Very near to some of the great hikes in the southern part of Sedona. A short 20 minute drive up to Slide Rock park, a must do activity. The condo had almost everything we needed and definitely more than enough for two people. There is ample space to spread out and store items in closets, drawers and such. The view is spectacular, especially from the deck. The sleep number bed with instructions for adjustment will ensure you are comfortable. The stone shower is beautiful but not the most functional. With no shower door or bathroom door, it gets quite drafty in there with the A/C, even not set that cold. And unlike every other tap in the house, I could not get that water warmer than mildly warm. Pretty to look at though. Luckily there is another full shower/tub where I could enjoy hot showers. One disappointment is that we were not allowed to put the A/C down lower than 70 at night to sleep. With the June temps reaching up to 100, it was just too warm to sleep comfortably. The management company tried to accommodate us by taking the temperature lock off but the owner said the unit could not handle being below 70 without potentially ceasing to work. I thought this strange as we have stayed in other not nearly as nice places in the Sedona heat with no issue taking it down to mid-60's if need be which is how we usually like to sleep in summer. Seems like a more high brow place like this would have a better unit when they know they might have guests on hot summer days. All in all we would definitely rent here again, maybe coming back in the cooler months. You get a major benefit renting through an established and clearly experienced management company like this one. They are on top of everything, and they clearly strive to give you excellent service.

We loved this rental and will definitely return next time we visit Sedona! Views from the great room, patio, and Primary bedroom are beautiful. Kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you would need to cook. Bathrooms well stocked with large plush towels and toiletries. Hot tub was so relaxing and perfect for star gazing at night, and the fireplace inside kept the whole house warm! Everything was very clean and well organized. Great location close to shops, restaurants, & trails. We made a mistake when booking the property and the property manager could not have been more understanding and accommodating. Overall a wonderful experience!

The house was incredible. Plenty of space and very nicely appointed. Everything you need is there. The location is 5- 7 minutes from downtown Sedona - a short, easy drive. The views are beyond words. Just stunning. The owner has left notes or signs throughout the property that spoil much of the good that is here. You can't move without seeing multiple notes - Private - Do Not Enter, Private - Do Not Open, Do Not Use, Close the doors, remove shoes, incredible detail on what can and cannot go in the garbage disposal. No cable or satellite, just streaming so we were unable to watch MNF.
