The host was so kind and helpful, the villa has stunning views and in a perfect location close to the beach & town. In the cooler months it would be easy to walk to everywhere. Everything was super clean & there were extras such as hairdryer / washing machine / iron which made our family trip easier. When we arrived at the villa, Eva had left us some shopping essentials and lovely little touches which made our late flight with two young children easier in the morning. Any questions we had were responded to so quickly and we felt very well looked after. We can’t wait to come back soon! Thank you :)

The location was perfect as the property is just moments from the villages of Polis, Latchi and Drousia. You can even walk to the local supermarket but you’re away from the traffic noise. The property itself is a new build and outstanding.

Nothing … everything was perfect in every way. The host even supplies all the basics to get you started and then some. So if you arrive late you have something to eat and drink. All rooms have AC which is needed in Cyprus summer. The views are fab too.

We stayed with a group of 6 in the villa for one week and can highly recommend to anyone spending their Cyprus vacation there. The villa is spacious with modern interior. It's got an amazing pool overlooking the sea in the distance and a large deck around. If you want to spend some days of your vacation with a group simply with a bit of music and a couple of drinks by the pool, this place is perfect for it. Of course it's located a bit remotely (we enjoyed that we did not annoy any neighbors) but restaurants in town or down by the sea are just a 20 minute walk away. Paphos was about 30 by car. Finally, the host is amazing and ensures that you enjoy yourself throughout the entire vacation. Check-in and check-out as well as communication during our stay was always super easy and fast. Additionally, she had already put some stuff in the fridge upon our arrival, which was great because it was late at night. Once we make it back to Cyprus, this will be our favorite place to stay again for sure!

Everything was exceptional, clean and high-standard. Great value for money. The facilities had everything both indoors and outdoors. The host was very welcoming, friendly and made sure than all needs were met.

The location was amazing- 2 min by car from the marina. The hostess was also exceptional, very welcoming and ready to accommodate our every need, even making sure we had breakfast items in the fridge as we arrived late. The house was very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend!!!!

It was a great experience. It’s definitely unforgettable. Late decision to come to Latsih turned out to be the best solution ever, what a beautiful luxury villa and friendly owner. Everything was clean,attention to every single detail.Its very difficult to found something like that in Cyprus!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Will book again for sure

The villa is modern, spacious and furnished to a very high standard. It has a first floor terrace as well as a large area around a good sized pool at the rear of the property. Both have sea and mountain views as do all rooms in the property. Polis and Latchi are a walk/ short drive away. We had a great time and the host was excellent and available for questions/ support as needed.

Incredibly spacious house, with beautiful pool! Very good location but at the same time is not surrounded by any neighbors so you have plenty of privacy. House is brand new and super clean! It is also equipped with the kitchen necessities such as tin foil, coffee, sugar, etc.
