Beautifully kept and easy to access with a car park space

The only thing was the back entrance was a bit dirty full of cobwebs but that’s understandable with it being outside :)

Netflix and YouTube weren’t working (Internet on TV was not working) Slow internet in the kitchen.

This is in a very convenient location, right on the main road through the town but still very quiet at night. Having a Co-Op and a Sainsbury's within 50 yards was a bonus. It was a short walk to the beach, which is spectacular, flat and with firm sand so easy to walk along. People are all very friendly. We did not meet the hosts but appreciated the milk, tea, coffee and the cake which had been left for us. The flat has obviously had a lot of thought put into it re decoration. Colour co-ordinated bedding, towels and pretty door handles and good living room furniture, plus china from Ikea. Rather odd to have glass in the top third of the bathroom door.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not as I would have expected. Being greeted by crumbs left on the kitchen/dining table was disturbing and made me look carefully at the rest of the kitchen. Both microwave and hob were dirty and it was unpleasant to find dried egg on the dining plates. This could be such an attractive property with just a little more care.

it's above a coffee shop: music blaring from 7.30 am, followed by an all day cacophony of people talking, chairs scraping, pots clanking, babies screaming and you can count the number of coffees sold from the barristas whacking out the coffee grind. that was pretty bad, but the non-stop door-slamming was truly off-the scale: every few minutes. ten, twenty, thirty times per hour, all day. every slam is like an earthquake. it literally shakes the building. the vibrations of the floor are exceedingly unpleasant and the bangs are so loud someone on the phone from Australia asked "what was that?".

Spacious, well kept apartment. Host responded quickly and helpfully to a query.

Would have been useful to have towel rails in the bathroom.

Couldn’t get wifi to work - kept saying unable to connect (talk talk has a history of being unreliable). We just used our data so not a problem.

good location

lacked outside space and there was no router in the property (that we could find) so poor internet except in the lounge room. it was just good to know that, but it wasn’t a problem reallly!

Everything - it’s location was ideal, it was spacious, clean & comfortable. we were also provided with everything we could’ve needed.
