The people were very friendly and helpful.

My only complaint is with the bathroom facilities. Toilet extremely low and no mat in bathtub.Very slippery tub and bathroom floor.

Very friendly helpful front desk staff. Clean bedding and extra towels. Nice pool. We had an adjoining room with our travel companions which worked out perfectly for us!

The rooms are older. (But clean) The breakfast is not very good. Mostly processed sugary items.

I didn't eat the grab and go breakfast. Plenty of room. Refrigerator was good.

Internet seemed slow. It was a very hot day and the air conditioner was working very hard, but it didn't cool down as much I would have liked, especially farther from the unit. It was acceptable, however.

The floors and bathrooms were very dirty. Arrived with crap in the toilet and it didn't flush very well at all. All rooms have A/C yet Booking.com charged me an extra $10 to have a A/C. Kind of a joke. I would pay around $75 per night but not around $100.

Very comfortable place to stay and very friendly staff. Will stay here in the future when we come to visit with family who lives in the town.

The front desk clerk was really friendly with lots of suggestions on what to do and where to eat. Loved the location. Easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops. There is a laminate floor that is always more clean than carpet.

Location was great, near shopping, restaurants, and the public market. The facility is older, and comfortable rather than luxurious. Room super clean, the beds comfortable, and lots of hot water for showers. The young man running the office was friendly and very helpful, and his co-worker, Archie the goldendoodle, was the best greeter ever.

Had some trouble getting the room temperature consistent. It seemed to just keep heating up as long as the unit was on. That's the only thing I could possibly complain about.

The staff was good, receptionist was very nice and check in was smooth. Location was nice, right in the centre of lots of food options & some shopping. The heater worked well in the room & kept us warm through the cold Wenatchee night.

The room was pretty dirty. The person who stayed before us clearly had black hair because it was all over the shower wall and in the bed. The pillow cases were from the USA health department so that wasn't a good sign either. We had extra guests, there was about 30 dead ants in the bathroom and we had a few try to get in bed with us as well. When I had a shower in the morning & went to grab a towel off the towel rack the whole thing fell apart. The bar fell off as well as the hinge holding it to the wall, the loud crash it made startled my husband awake.
