Dog friendly with a kitchenette

MyPlace hotel was clean, good location, and the entire building was brand new! All the furniture was simple but nice, the bathroom clean and well kept, and a very large room for the price. The receptionist was super nice and really friendly. Despite being skeptical of a budget hotel, would definitely go back to a MyPlace hotel over other similar priced choices. And no paying for a nasty breakfast bar you don't want! But they do have snacks and kitchen plates/tools for sale as the room contains a kitchen similar to a Residence Inn.

The hotel it self was nice clean and comfortable. The location was good. Pool would have been nice and breakfast included and then I would be okay with the price of the rooms.

No pool or breakfast included. Rooms have a kitchen but nothing comes with u need to bring or buy your own kitchen supplies.

Property was as expected and clean. The guy checking everyone in had a great attitude and great customer service for how busy it was.

With check in at 3, it was super busy and only one guy working. He was amazing and doing his best, but seems like staffing someone else with him would help him out.

Other than the train noise, it was a quiet place. There were plenty of towels and the refrigerator was nice and large. The room was clean and free of odor and the halls and elevator were ample and clean. I liked having a cart to move my luggage upstairs.

It was too close to the train tracks and we had to hear trains all night long. The lighting was way too bright and could not see a way to dim it. The dish soap was watered down and there were no dish sponges. The color of the walls was a very depressing brain matter grey and the brown carpet was no better. The microwave oven was a cheapo and the buttons had to be pressed extra firm to make them operate. Although everything was clean, it was just not very inviting.
