The caretaker who helped us with the check in and check out was so friendly and took good care of us.

One of the things that we admire about the place apart from the cleanliness is the service. Very very smooth ng check in namin. I think 12:30 palang, available na yung rooms and na accommodate kami kagad. The next day naman, very smooth din ng check out. can't complaint

We booked multiple rooms and have not encountered issues in any of them. WIFI is fast. Bathroom is clean and they practice good sanitation too.

Cold water in the shower Toilet flush did not work I had to ask separately to get a towel for both of us We arrived at about 6 pm. The receptionist suggested she will give us the key to the room the next day. We needed it right away of course. The personnel did not talk English. Only Ilonggo. The TV lost Internet connection. There was no password for the WiFi.

Place is in a very central location that makes it so much easier for us to commute back and forth

It was new and pretty safe. Friendly caretaker.

A few things:- 1) loud music playing at 5.45am or 6am in the morning till around mid day. 2) rusty tap (wash basin), smelly water from the tap, no water heater. 2 sachets of shampoo only for three day stay. 3) new TV but nobody to help with programming. No cable tv, no WiFi 4) nobody cleared the garbage can outside of the room for the whole three days.

Our room has a balcony kaya mas na enjoy namin kasi yung hangin thats coming in is really fresh. especially nung gabi, parang simoy pasko na po talaga. naging maaliwalas din ang room because of the white paint and white linens. speaking of the linens, they are super clean, mabango and spotless. good job po mga staff and management!!!

they have complete kitchen utensils so you can cook meals.

WARNING : don’t use google maps to find the property, my taxi brought me to Negros Residences in Gatuslao St, which is far from the property. Had to enter 3 wrong streets as there are no signs to help locate the property. The towels smell bad, had to have them replaced 3 times. Water coming out of all faucets the was “rusty” and smells like one too. the faucets have rust on them.

First time in Bacolod kaya naman I was a bit nervous. Was not sure where to go or where to stay. buti nalang narecommend to ng boss ko. he usually stays here daw pag sa Bacolod yung site visit. Im very glad that I took the recommendation kasi true enough, affordable man ang rate di naman tinipid sa service and comfort. highly recommended ang OYO ABN Hotel

The rooms don't have internet despite it says it have. They transfer us to OYO 561 and that place I wouldn't recommend. The staff at OYO 789 was friendly.

About OYO 561. The rooms are small, we had water in the first room. Second room was small as all the rooms are. The airco makes a lot of noise and don't cool the room. The toilet was missing the seat and wasn't clean, no water pressure in the sink, the shower head kept falling down. The stairs to the room are small so if you bring suitcase prepare yourself for a workout.

The room was clean. it has common area where you can cook. The staffs are nice. The only problem is their water supply. The water flowing is dirty our whole stay it is hard to wash and take a bath

clean easy access and near to restaurants and cafes.

It needs a 24/7 crew or a security guard for safety.

Im just bit disappointed because we only have one towel for two nights and we are two. The care taker said that they only give one towel each room and its rare for me. First time to experience that.. The water that comes out from shower shower was so little and the the shower room was not cleaned.

Location was near the City proper but nicely tucked in a quiet neighborhood. The structure is newly built and they provide an almost complete set of furnishings from cookware to plates and utensils. They also give out free shampoo and bath soap. Parking is available within the compound. The staff are friendly and courteous, shoutout to them!

New towels, some foot rugs and trash bins inside the rooms would be a great improvement.

the location is okay but its hard to find the place if your not familiar with the location.
