The location was good, in that it was right in the centre of worcester. The flat was clean (save for the oven), and comfortable.

I have booked many flats, especially through Booking.com, but have never known one that involved SO much bureaucracy. In addition to a deposit, there was a separate form to fill in to secure the booking, another to cover any risk of damage, and another form that seemed to have no particular purpose to complete before they would share the keycode. It was far too much hassle. The flat is essentially one room, which meant that the smells from the less than clean oven lingered in the space also designed for sleeping. Not ideal!

Clean big room

Noise from City walls Road ppl upstairs banging doors at all hrs of the day & night & nightclubs nearby till gone 3am & pub next door ppl who couldn’t handle their drink couldn’t get oven to work TV was awful couldn’t watch anything kept breaking up & distorted didn’t sleep well coz of all this alley was kind of creepy didn’t know who was down there half the time I suggest you empty the bins outside too overflowing seagulls round there day & night

Accommodation central

No lighting on outside of building very dark, toilet not cleaned properly hairs found in shower and toilet pan, no towel change, leak under sink in bathroom.

Location, location, location, in that order.
