Very spacious, modern facilities, amazing bathrooms, short walk into main Palm Cove strip, beautiful location.

Very minor point but the kitchen could do with some additional serving dishes!

Fantastic house. set up was great for a family holiday.

Beautiful home - open plan with lots of room. Seperate private areas for 8 guests. Plenty of kitchen facilities, cooking items. Could easily stay here comfortably with 3-4 couples for longer.

We did not get the relaxing 60th birthday celebration holiday we had planned - Very upset and disappointed and can't believe we spent $750 a night for what we went through. 1. Each morning from 6.30am we had to put up with Angle grinding on steel, builders swearing and their radio 2. Day 3 we had a LARGE Crane parked outside the downstairs bedroom and sitting area from 1pm - 5.30pm extremely noisy and FUMES wallowing into downstairs bedroom & outdoor area was awful. We could not get one car out or our 2nd car into the property during this time as roadway was blocked. Even when they left they did not even let us know that we could now walk down road and bring our car in. 3. The downstairs smelt lovely when we arrived however it quickly changed to a musty smell. On day 3, our downstairs guest (we just finished chemo and was here to rest) had to move all her stuff upstairs as the smell, the noise, the crane fumes and dust was too much to handle. Our other guests upstairs ended up sharing a room to accommodate this. Basically we paid for downstairs and couldn't use it!!! 4. Some of the outdoor cushions were very dirty and mouldy. We covered them with towels. the outdoor furniture and sitting area off main bathroom had bird poo everywhere, again this happens but could have been cleaned before we arrived. We cleaned it up a bit ourselves. 5. Fan downstairs, Fan over Dining table and Fan on balcony were not working properly, these things happen but they were the fans your really wanted to work... Basically the whole time we were there we did not get any peace from 6.30am - 4.30 most days - 5.30 the Crane day. We tried to play music, in the end you had a group of guests when we were in house sitting with earphones on.

The separate granny flat down stairs had a stale musking smell.
