Room and bathroom both big and beautifully decorated and equipped. Extremely quiet and comfortable. Close to airport and downtown quickly accessible. Great Italian restaurant right opposite hotel. Close to outlet shopping.

Not many eating options within walking distance.

The rooms in this hotel are lovely and the beds are soooo comfortable. We were upgraded to a top floor room and it was nice to have a view of the area from the very comfortable bath tub. This is definitely the best place to stay in Richmond.

Figuring out how to use the shower was a little difficult. Better once you get the hang of it.

The room had all the amenities and a wonderful view. The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival and also they even scheduled a taxi to pick us up at 3 am for our early flight. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful room

No real entrance

all the staff were so welcoming and helpful, our room was incredible, especially the amazing bathroom ! We had a superb dinner and breakfast at Bruno again with exceptional service. We only wish we had more time to make use of the pool area during our brief stay. The Airport Shuttle was a godsend after a busy few weeks travelling. Thank you

we found navigating to the hotel a little difficult and the road systems in Richmond are very busy ! But thats not any fault of the Hotel !

The staff were excellent and the hotel is not only very modern, clean & comfortable, it has a great vibe. We really enjoyed everything about our stay here.

Location close to night market and light rail station made it a very desirable hotel.

The hotel entrance is very poorly marked. We had to drive around several time before we knew where the entrance was and where to park. The room was superb but VERY poor entrance signage and the doorman wasn't helpful.

The Bathroom is big and neat. I could have the bath with sea salt for an hour everyday.The coffee machine is perfect

The swimming pool is outdoor.

This property is in a convenient location for airport. The rooms (well the King I was in) Really beautifully decorated by the designers. Tub was gorgeous. Wasn’t immediately clear if they had room service or not. Just under $400 all included for a room with a tub, no view.

Noise from 2:30-4:00 a.m.Someone was slamming doors on the 6th floor constantly. Not sure what was happening. Also, the mini-bar did not exist, seems beneath this hotel. That and international delight instead of cream when there is a fridge? Seems like Covid laziness to me.

Very clean, great decor, wonderful amenities, robes, slippers, beds so comfortable, bathrooms are fantastic. I didn’t expect all this. Even the lighting in the room - love the relax setting. Staff always jumped to help with anything. Shuttle is accommodating. So impressed. I will always stay here now when I need an airport hotel in Vancouver (I go to Vancouver a lot) only thing, it is in an industrial area, can be sketchy if walking around or some views from the room. but it is by the airport so I think that’s to be expected.
