The man at the hotel was a very good person. He provided us with everything we asked for. The price is good and it is very well located. Nearby there are bars to eat and the centre. Good place. Thank you.

It's very near to Lake palace,Jagdish temple, pichola lake, ganghor ghat, dudh talai, gulab bagh karni mata temple.Its a budget hotel and staffs are very good and helping.Rest everything is fine.

Only bathroom tap was leaking and making water dripping sound. Food facilities is not available. Atleast they should keep one chair for seating.

Not so far from the center

This hotel was one of my worst travel experiences in the world for the last 6 months. It starts with a lie: the terrace and the restaurant are not available although I had booked this hotel especially for that. I can understand that there are works but then the profile on Booking has to be updated. The second night was the worst. A band played music and partied until 2am in the rooms next to mine. I can understand the desire to party but if I pay for a hotel it is to sleep. I told the security guard twice, he did nothing. Then I called the manager: no result. I thought I was in a discotheque. I then sent an email of complaint: no apology nor any answer. The employees of the hotel did absolutely nothing so that I could sleep calmly. The mess stopped at 2:30 am when the young people went to bed. At this point, I'm not even talking about the cockroaches in the bathroom. The next day, at the time of payment, I ask for a commercial gesture for all these disturbances and problems, they did not want to know anything. After an hour of completely lunar exchange, I got 10% less, and again, they wanted to scam Booking not to pay commissions. They didn't want to take responsibility, really pitiful. Meanwhile, they cut off the cold and hot water in my room even though I was in good faith from the beginning and very accommodating to put up with those three bad days.
