The location of the property was brilliant and suited our needs. It is a great apartment and would definitely stay here again. There was a fantastic toasted sandwich maker which was awesome! Also it is so close to the supermarkets and restaurants. Good that there were 2 sets of keys. We paid for the car parking beneath the building - it just made things very easy and the hire car was nice and safe.

You could hear things happening on the street outside. But it didn't ruin the holiday.

Bigger than expected, clean, modern, great views and location and windows can be opened letting sun in most of the day. Agent very helpful and amenable and easy to contact.

Parking a car nearby is a challenge as it is a busy area. Also it is as noisy as the square is - Medano is generally a quiet place but does have Fiestas sometimes and some traffic - it is not well soundproofed but it didn’t spoil our stay - don’t expect silence in a town centre location !

The only positive things about this apartament is size and localization.

Almost everything: -completely dirty apartament at the day we came -second cleaning also didn’t give us comfort -a lot of dust everywhere, sand on the floor, sticky and greasy stains at the table and leftovers -After second cleaning we found DIRTY CUTLERS, GLASS, PLATES!!! -TOTALLY DIRTY TOWELS!!! -SOMEONES HAIRS IN BED!!!, IN SINK -Broken window in bedroom which was not able to close, it caused a lot of noice every night so sometimes we were not able to sleep (the owner know about this problem because there was marks after tape, yes TAPE) also when we had windy days it was totally tiring because it was so noice! - dishwasher had broken doors and because of that it was opened during cleaning. -We spent more than hour with my wife to clean this apartament to feel little more comfortable -After all that the owner seemed like be worried about it and promised us compensation. But I needed to remind him about it last day.. Finally he turned out a liar and very rude person. We didn’t get compensation from him, because “we left few dirty plates and cutlers in sink”. It was caused because of not working dishwasher (despite the fact that cleaning was included in our stay). To sum up - we reported this situation to Booking.com with detailed description and photos, also they read my conversation with the owner and gave us compensation. They also informed us they will draw the consequences from the owner. It is first time I had situation like that so I want to warns the others people thinking about making reservation here.

The location was probably more central that what I was expecting. This had its advantages and disadvantages. Apart from the convenience of an On the Plaza location, there was a noise factor in the early morning from workers cleaning the square and flushing out water facilities.

the apartment is super beautiful, spacious and perfect location. there was nothing that I didnt like. i was working so I like the desk in the big bed room and we still had a huge table in the living room. also i could watch the surfers from the windows :)
