Wonderful hosts! So welcoming and warm. It was like a dream. We stayed in the family room and thought the shared bathroom might be a problem but to our surprise it was not an issue at all. My son went fishing in the river and had an incredible experience. Will go back without a doubt!

I am very sensitive to strong perfumes and the room had a bit heavy scent for me. Although, we opened the windows and it was fine.

The place was picturesque. It was maintained very well and we appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owners.

The direction given is not accurate. Moreover, the smell of the ferment next door was too strong to be ignored.

The common dining area and a table + chairs outside, where one could spend time instead of just being in the own room. Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and cozy. Nice!

The peace and quiet, beautiful surroundings and the friendliest of the hosts had good chats.

We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Cable Island- thank you Valerie and Jason for making us feeling so comfortable.

I don't think I could have picked a more idyllic location than the valley Cable Island is settled in. Wow. I mean, truly, we were speechless when we entered the garden view room. We took it easy on our last leg of the trip, and even just laying in bed looking out the windows was well worth our time. Valerie was such a lovely host, extremely personable and soo friendly. Not to mention so accommodating to our weird little schedule we set for ourselves. Breakfast was fantastic and filling, so many options! I would return in a heartbeat unless they want to sell me the property instead ;)

The room was light and airy. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast selection and taste was excellent. The host was very friendly and helpful with things to see and do.

The shower door and curtain setup was awkward. A couple of the other guests were a bit rude/clueless by repeatedly slamming their bedroom door at 6:30 to 7:30 in the morning.

Valerie was the perfect host. She met us on arrival, was kind & welcoming. Picking your own time for breakfast is awesome & Val has it all ready for you at your selected time. Comfy beds & super clean.

Did not like the shared bathroom arrangement, it was not an issue in our case as only 2 other people were there when we were. It’s understandable though considering the layout.

That I got a room for family (2 kids and 2 adults ) and I have 3 kids twins at the age of 2 ( that should not be paid for ) and still I had to pay for extra child even if my kids are under 2. The twins slept on same bed and no extra bed was added , so the twins did not use anything extra

It was so comfortable and quiet. Everything was wonderful!

The host was wonderful, helpful, and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. She upgraded us (for free) to a nicer room since it was empty and the views were stunning.

Valerie was absolutely wonderful. We arrived with smiles and friendliness. She showed us to our room and gave us the run down of the house. She upgraded our room and included a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon. Highly recommend.

The bed was a bit hard but I’m pregnant and never comfortable so a bit biased.

Beautiful,clean and comfortable! Valerie is great and so helpful! Breakfast was freshly made and great!
