Nice room with even better patio/balcony with stunning view. The location on the hillside promise nice views and calmer atmosphere ( the nearby road only have light traffic). Good pedestrian path to the town and beach.

Not a problem for us, but those that dislike walking might find the stairs from the town a bit long.

Nothing to do with the stay- I recommend getting a taxi from the train if you have large bags! It is walking distance but uphill

The hotel was lovely. The host was friendly and exceptionally helpful. The room was clean and well decorated with nice big windows and a drying rack in the bathroom. Also included a delicious coffee machine in the room.

This hotel is wonderful, just be aware that it's uphill from both the train station and the beach.

Breakfast was perfect in a partner hotel. The view is wonderful. Beach within walking distance, a bit tiring on the way back, but not too bad. Pets allowed. Huge terrace to the apartment with an outside shower, we loved it. There is a washing machine in the apartment. Nicely decorated, clean apartment in a lovely area. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The view from the room window. Even with the flow of traffic the room was quiet enough for sleep.

Very Small TV - and Fridge. The "Site" (and booklet) - "From the stunning private terrace ... breathtaking views". Kind of misleading. it is TOTALLY private - and off limits. This "Breathtaking" view comes only with the BELLEVUE SUITE. If you SEARCH specificlally on the BELLEVUE SUITE page - it does say it is "Reserved". But - if you don't visit this page - you are unaware. The "Public" patio is nice, even pretyy, but you can't see anything sitting here. There are other venues with great views. Once you reach 60's - with foot, knee and hip issues, returning by the path - up the hill - can be a chore. Fortunately there is a taxi (not always available). Not meant to be derogatory in any way, only informative for us older folks. The shower door handle - was "reattached" by a "Tape" which came off very easily. The bidet faucet handle - had a set screw that appeared to have never been tightened (no witness marks on the Perma-Tex thread sealant) ... Check out - is Early.

The view is simply amazing. Also, the room is very beautiful, just like they show in the pictures. It’s pretty close to the station and the city centre, although there are lots of stairs and climbing in the way.

Breakfast is not available at the propriety and the option given is about 10 min away, with a little climb in the middle. I wouldn’t recomend the Suite for people with reduced mobility.

We loved Bellevue location was a short walk down to the main town of Levato and the beach. the rooms was well equipped and cleaned daily. the breakfast (st a cost of 15 euro) was absolutely amazing

We loved the modern rooms and the views.

One day we had no hot water in the shower however the staff was very helpful and offered another room to use.
