The hotel is central and the room was quite clean.

I booked a room with breakfast included but this actually came with conditions attached. There is no buffet for breakfast but instead you are given $60 of credit for two people for the restaurant at the hotel, which is not even enough to cover the cost of two breakfasts and coffees. If you choose to order breakfast to the room, it isn’t enough to get more than two smoothies and one coffee. So breakfast is, in fact, not included even if you pay for that option. Parking is also very expensive so for any travelers that aren’t factoring this in, be aware that overnight valet parking is $60 a night and parking the car yourself in the same parking deck as valet is only a little bit less. This hotel seems to be suited to young travelers who don’t have children as it’s very noisy and there are a lot of parties.

Did not have time for breakfast, or have a chance to try the restaurant, everything else was amazing , rooftop bar was exceptional! Would highly recommend, and definitely will plan another visit.

Bed did not have a top sheet. Air conditioning didn't cool room enough. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

Crowded valet

Valet turned my lights on in my car and caused my battery to die . Cost about $300 just to get my issues resolved.

the hotel itself they double charged my credit card over $700 my room for the weekend stay was never cleaned I complained about it but nothing changed . they had a rooftop party I was on the 8th floor we heard it all weekend long . when we came for check out I went to go pay for the valet service which was $150 the guy told me they don’t take cash and that it was a note on my account to see front desk before I leave didn’t understand why . so I went back to the front desk and ask the lady was there any issue she told me no I asked could I pay whatever remaining balance I owe she said this is a cashless hotel I told her I can’t use my cards she told me she would take the cash and put it on her card and pay I said ok can I have a receipt I gave her $110 plus $150 for my valet and the room service we ordered she gave me my receipt. when I left soon as o got to the airport I got an alert for a charge of $557 and $150 on my discover I called they told me it was automated by there computer It will fall off within 5-7 days I was never told this in the beginning which is wrong on so many levels

The facility, the customer service from the check-in, The bartenders and waiters were super as well as the food!

The fact that the pool was closed, and that we got kicked out from the roof top because of private events :(

The property is absolutely gorgeous from top to bottom. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. I literally, have nothing bad to say about the property. I only wish I got upstairs to check out Tessarae, their exclusive, members-only lounge. The restaurant downstairs is really sexy and the food is great. I’ll be back.
