Very big and we stayed in 4 BR clean apartment and all kitchen needs provided with accomodating staff Maya. The apartment is near to Nizami street with nice attraction, accessible to taxi and everything we needed.

Only to throw and replace all worn out cup in the kitchen, the position of kitchen sink not good, one of my travel buddy always hit his head above the cabinet while cleaning and washing the dishes.

The apartment was spacious and furnished. It was clean and organized as well. The location is perfect, walking distance from the tourists spots. Maya and the whole team were accommodating.

The elevator maintenance could be improved.

Host was very good. Met us the first day and explained the facilities, Wi-Fi worked well, apartment is very clean and location excellent . right at the nizami street. I would recommend this apartment.

Было очень чисто, предоставлялись туалетно-косметические принадлежности, одноразовые тапочки. Есть вся необходимая техника, посуда. Прекрасное месторасположения- пять минут до Старого города и пешеходной зоны, вокруг много кафе, магазинов, парков. Красивые виды из окон. Брали через владельцев квартиры трансфер из аэропорта и двухдневную экскурсию в Шеки - очень понравилось, насыщенная и интересная программа.

Матрасы показались жестковаты. Несколько пакетиков чая, кофе и сахар были бы совсем не лишними. За это сняла один балл

This summer we booked a few two three bedroom apartments for 10 nights and everything went great. The apartments correspond to the presented photos. The rooms are large and bright. Mattresses and pillows are comfortable. Everything you need for cooking in the kitchen was available - crockery, cutlery, pots, etc. If something was missing or there were some questions, then the Maya administrator solved all the issues quickly and efficiently. The elevator worked well. The location is excellent, right in the center of the city, but it was not noisy. I recommend!

We stayed here with many guests of all ages and took 2 apartments on 2 different floors. The rooms were very large with comfortable beds and all the necessary house equipment, including storage. The location of the building is just great. Maya, who we saw many different times was very responsive and helpful and is a pleasure to have as the face of this host. It was easy to chat over WhatsApp when needed. The washing machine works well. Water pressure is good and hot water always available although we were plenty of guests. The view is great - you can see the sea and the flame towers. Overall good value for money for some of the apartments.

The rooms weren't ready on time with missing bath towels. Although Booking.com should have been able to support the payment, this wasn't the case and I had to contact the host to do this manually. The business said they support American Express cards but this wasn't the case and I had to pay using another card. The apartments themselves need maintenance, you can spot in the pictures several issues which aren't much for us, but some guests could find disturbing. The water heater makes a disturbing noise and since it sits in one of the bathrooms it could be trouble. Additionally, one of the apartments (3 bedrooms) is on the last floor, which the elevator doesn't get to - have to use the stairs after going to the last elevator floor.

Great location, comfortable, nice view from all windows, nice balcony view, sunlight inside the apartment is amazing, ACs perfect and comfortable for families. Take care of the building guards they are very friendly

It was great value. The apartment has filtered water you can drink and cook using it! They gave us 2 keys to be comfortable as a group coming and going out separately. Also towels and linens was available. One of the rooms has magnificent view to the Baku landscape 😍. Lovely lady and easy communication. Great hospitality and early check in 👍🏻

I wish that the other room has the same view of the other beautiful view in the next room Also I wished that the elevator reach to the 12th floor as we needed to take luggage one floor up by stairs

Location of the appartment was very good it was near to Nizami street. Really enjoyed walking towards Nizami street and to the old city of Baku. Food was also very amazing and good. Also liked the weather of this loving city. Azerbaijan people are very friendly and hospitable to tourists specially their love for Pakistani's is amazing

family friendly perfect distance from fountain square quite and management of the apartments was responsible (all questions were addressed immediately on right time with a perfect solutions) security location grocery stores food even medical within 2 block distance if you want a peaceful location with a feel of responsibility this is the place

overall cleanliness was good all garbage was collected on time from our floor daily only problem we face the bad smell in on of the washroom which was addressed positively. THATS THE ONLY THING WHICH WE DISLIKE ( Honestly struggling to find something which we dislike)
