Convenient location, clean, nice staff

Not many choices for breakfast and was out of milk.

This hotel seems like it's still brand new, even has that brand new building smell in the lobby and halls (not in the rooms tho). So everything is all pretty clean and nice. The elevator is right there soon as u walk in, no long walk, carts were ready at the front for luggage. It's located right with truck stops, waffle house, Wendy's and the main highway, very convenient. The Christmas tree & decor in the lobby was super cute and welcoming. The beds were the most comfortable beds I ever slept in lol and I'm picky about beds. I couldn't believe how comfy they were! I did not wanna get up, i literally wanted to lay in it all day!!🤣 The pool was small but clean. We even stayed in there past 11, which is when it was suppose to close and nobody made us get out or anything which was really nice bc we got in later than expected. The only thing was it wasnt heated. The pool area was very warm (86° to be exact lol) but the water itself was really cold. Breakfast had regular waffle maker and mini one and 2 different flavor waffle batters, and then sprinkles, jellys, and different toppings which was cool. We went for the noahs ark encounter and it was about 20-30 mins away. Oh yea one more thing was the little fridge worked awesome, super cold!

The only complaint I have is that the room itself had a moldy, kinda musty smell. which was surprising bc the lobby and halls smelt so good, like brand new building smell so i was expecting the same for the rooms but I was unpleasantly surprised. Nothing unbearable tho, just a little disappointing. Also it was super hot and stuffy, even when the heat was off and just the fan was running. It was below freezing out so we turned on the heat before falling asleep but woke up sooo hot. Tried to turn the ac on to cool it down a little and it froze the room in minutes, so i turned it off and it got back super hot and stuffy instantly. Just made it kinda annoying but the comfortable beds actually made up for it lol. The breakfast could of had better fruit, a no pork option, and a better cereal selection. it was only pork sausage and the bananas were reallyyy brown, and only 2 cereals, raisin bran and I think corn flakes, but the waffles, and juice selection kinda made up for it. And they have a ice machine with "good ice", iykyk lol. One last thing is the walls are THIN and u can hear every word people are saying! But overall the good outweighed the bad by far. I wish this hotel could be somewhere that we actually go to alot bc Kentucky was most likely just a one time thing, but I would love to stay again.

Loved how comfortable the bed and bedding was! Most places the bedding is scratch but theirs was nice and soft!

That I could hear the elevator all night long. The chime on it needs to be turned down or the walls need to be a bit thicker.

Modern, newer property, friendly helpful staff. Hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was fine. The iron was missing from my room and they found me one in about 10 minutes.

If I had to pick something, I’d say that the room air was stuffy. but it was easy enough to air out.

The hotel was clean, easily accessible and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The person working the front desk on Sunday morning was running around, getting their own breakfast, and telling everyone their personal problems. No sense of urgency to check people out, creating long line.

It's was a newer property, and was conveniently located for our travel.

It was poorly managed, and other patrons were complaining of problems with their room. It took us almost an hour to check in.

Good location

It definitely could’ve been cleaner. Surfaces were not wiped down, visible hand prints on headboards (that very easily wipe down), marks on bed not sure if they were stains or just not cleaned. Mirrors very dirty.
