The staff is always friendly and the hotel is clean and well kept.

Both were good.

I would have preferred scrambled eggs both mornings.

Good location, helpful friendly staff and nice breakfast. bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean.

the pool area, too many kids in the hot tub without adults and splashing the hot water everywhere.

Most of the hotel was fine, clean, comfy bed, warm pool and hot tub, they keep the breakfast up but the was I was treated by who I believe to be the owner or supervisor/manager ensured that I WILL NOT RETURN !!!!

Worst that I have ever been treated by someone in a public setting that is supposed to display customer service !! I called to make sure res. was made and everything was in order the morning we were supposed to leave. The man VERY rudely told me that I did not put my kids on the reservation, which I clearly did, told him my conf # and that my conf email includes all 4 kids and their ages. He proceeded to tell me that if I was bringing kids I has to pay more .. 10$ more for every kid. And that if I didn't want to then I could go stay somewhere else like best western. I was in shock and wanted to treat him the way he was treating me but I had to hold it together because I could not find another hotel in the area for that price that would hold us and all the kids. So finally after arguing for a while I gave in and agreed to pay the extra for the kids. Then as soon as I agree he says he won't charge me and I can just come. So we hang up, he calls me back 30 mins later and says that I need to cancel my reservation and book directly through the hotel and he will give it to me for the same rate, so I'm very confused at this point and asking why he would want me to do that. He proceeds to tell me so they don't have to pay the commission to the booking website. I tell him multiple times that I don't feel comfortable with that because he just tried to get me to stay at another hotel because I was bringing kids. He tells me that he's sorry, the last person who brought kids made a mess. I tell him I do not trust him to make the reservation that I want to keep the one I already made considering I'm leaving in a cpl hours with 4 of my children to go out of town and I need to be sure we have somewhere to stay.

I stayed for a few days with my three children it was pleasant very clean good breakfast. The front desk morning lady was great very kind, she was wonderful especially with my kids couldn't ask for better service from her...

I had a great stay besides the manager being really rude... The fire pit is listed on here but the manager states it's not for visitors.... He asked if me an my friend was in 1 room which obviously we needed 2 with me having kids they need a better manager.. other then that it was pleasant... They need to update on the fire pit online since it's no longer for visitors 🤦😐

The bed was the best. Very comfortable.

Everything was very clean. Front desk people were very friendly. Breakfast was very good and the lady who worked in the breakfast area was very helpful and did an excellent job. She went above and beyond, I commend her for her service
