The staff named Sam was amazing! He was very friendly and helped us when we needed to find a laundry service. Sam also did great in house keeping and ensuring that our room was clean as well as the common areas. Sam deserves a bonus for a job well done! Aside from Sam, we also liked the comfy bed, spacious room and the large windows. The internet was also fast given it was up north. It was also great to have access to the kitchen.

The showers pressure was too weak that we had to use the faucet with a bucket and a water dipper.

I stayed in the dorm, nicely set, clean bathroom outside. Very friendly staff.

Clean. Peaceful. 2-5mins walk to the beach. Staff, especially Sam, are accommodating. Having a kitchen that you can use is a plus. Saved a lot in food. Overall experience was great.

No mobile phone signal. You can pay 50.00 for 3 days wifi in the nearby store. Water pressure on the 2nd floor is weak. Hopefully you can have it fixed and consider having your own wifi. Most of the guest would like to stay longer but due to internet connection they had to go back to GL.

stunning place! close to the beach, very safe, kitchen with everything you need. massive bed. was very impressed with the wifi machine in the neighbourhood and could use their wifi in the room as well.

The staff were really lovely and the room was great with a very calming atmosphere. Would definitely come a stay here again as a nice relaxing getaway from General Luna!

The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak but we were only staying 1 night so wasn't a big inconvenience to us.

We had the best stay at Kaha! Everything from the design of the room, to the communal area & the location was perfect. The beach is within two minute walk from the guesthouse. Drinking water provided, as well as stove/fridge if you want to cook yourself. We went to The Coconut Nut cafe nearby quite a few times for breakfast/lunch/dinner - great food and service!

Things you should note: there’s no mobile signal in this part of the island and wifi doesn’t work either (typhoon aftermath). It didn’t bother us much as we wanted to fully disconnect from the world but might be an issue to some. The water pressure in the shower is a little weak but once again didn’t bother us at all.

We loved everything! The house, the room, kitchen, environment :) Sam & Carlo made everything easy and smooth. They are amazing! For us the north of Siargao is simply the best. We totally recommend

Absolutely stunning design of the house and rooms.

Getting in touch with the hosts was difficult. If you're looking for a place away from everything else, it's perfect. You do need a scooter though since the next minimarket or food places are 2km away. During the night there was a lot of noise from the village, so bring your earplugs. Wifi doesn't work and you don't have any signal.

it can be a nice escape from the busy part of Siargoa, general Luna. it was quiet and peaceful if that is what you’re looking for

there were a few insects I found In my bed, there was no service/signal and it is really far from everywhere

This was such a nice, peaceful place to stay. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We felt like we were living in a house.

There were some issues with the sink pipes leaking, but we understand that you're still fixing everything after the typhoon. Nobody was upset or anything. I'm actually impressed how quickly you have rebuilt.

The owner was very helpful arranging my acceptance letter and tricycle when I left. I appreciate that. The room was nice, the bed was big, and all the people were very friendly. But the best thing about Kaha is the location, just in front a popular surf spot on a beautiful beach.

The place is nice, no complaints at all...but there are just a few things you should know: 1) There is no sign on the road so look for the blank red sign across the 2 small sari sari stores and turn down that road. 2) There are no restaurants nearby so you need immediate access to motorbike or car or else bring food to cook in their shared kitchen. 3) It's not a hotel, it's more like an airbnb in a local village, a short walk from the beach. 4) The water pressure is weak sometimes. 5) Don't leave any food in the room, keep it in the shared kitchen refrigerator. If you follow that, you will have a good stay.
