The location of the property was incredible. You can literally see the station out of the window which was perfect for access to Paris as well as Disney. Ideal location. But you do not hear the trains at all and local supermarkets and a lovely “village” type area. The beds were comfy and the apartment was a great size. Free parking was an added bonus. Beds were so comfy.

The bathroom could have definitely done with a deep clean the amount of dust under the counter on the pipes was thick! There was also signs of wear and tear, filler in the walls that hasn’t been painted and just very worn in a lot of places. The lightbulb in the bedroom didn’t work and I contacted the host but they didn’t respond. We also could only access the garage from the outside through the main garage door not internally, I contacted the host asking if we needed a key but they replied saying we must have gone to the wrong door. I believe the doors only open on one side (in to the apartment block) without a key and then need a key to access the garage on the other. As everytime we tried to get in on whatever floor we failed. But it wasn’t too much of a bother we appreciated the parking. We would definitely stay again if the property had a little bit of maintenance and care as we loved the location and the comfiness of the beds!

L'arrivée dans l'appartement a été catastrophique. Les instructions dans le mail de réservation ne précisaient pas que c'était une arrivée autonome et qu'un dépôt de garantie était demandé à l'arrivée. Etant donné que personne ne répondait au numéro de téléphone et que rien n'était précisé dans la confirmation de réservation j'ai eu peur de verser le dépôt de garantie via le lien envoyé sur le chat booking (booking nous dit toujours de faire attention à ne pas cliquer sur les liens envoyés à cause des nombreuses arnaques). Résultats sur les 2 appartements que j'ai loué avec cette personne, un a été carrément annulé par le propriétaire, je n'ai donc pas eu accès aux logements à mon arrivée et nous avons dû trouver un hôtel à la dernière minute. En plus de ça le propriétaire a annulé notre réservation en disant qu'on avait refusé le dépôt de garantie et qu'on était arrivé après minuit (alors que pas du tout, on était juste hésitant car on ne savait pas que l'arrivée était autonome, on s'attendait à une remise de clé en main propre). On s'est donc retrouvé à 10 (avec 7 enfants) dehors à 1h du matin à chercher un hôtel

Excellent location for train to Paris and Disney. Lovely accommodation for a great price.

Key collection could be made easier. No toasted and a kettle that didn't work. contacted hosts but no attempt to replace kettle, told us there was a toaster in the cupboard but clearly wasn't. Shame about this as everything else was perfect for us.

Location to station and supermarket

We were misled into thinking there was sufficient facilities. Kitchen saucepan not applicable for the induction hob. No tea towels or cleaning cloths for the kitchen so we had to use the small and limited bathroom towels to clean kitchen. Tried to wash the towels in the washing machine which had been broken for 3 months (host tried to blame us for not using it properly but past comments in the guest book states that it was reported broken 3 months ago) but they still advertised it as having washing facilities. We had to find our own laundry service. No toaster, kettle didn't work and kept switching off mid boil so we had to buy our own as the host didn't even acknowledge our requests to replace it, lights in ceiling had wires handing out and flickered a lot, vacuum cleaner was blocked so we had to unblock it all. Shows that the place wasn't even cleaned properly for our arrival. We left the place cleaner than we found it. We had to pay extra for things that they did not have despite them advertising it on booking.com. Host did not acknowledge any of the messages sent regarding these issues.

Plenty of space and sleeping beds. Location was lovely.

Bed sheets looked like they weren't changed (as black hair was all over) a fitted sheet was ripped, the bathroom tap was hard to use as it was way too close to the wall and could not really open the water to wash hands. The kettle in the kitchen had water in it left for long and was disgusting... This was crucial for me as I had to use it for the baby. Found a pair of sun glasses under the bed, therefore the cleanliness wasn't extraordinary. There was a wooden chest in the living room with a note "please do not touch"...well,you're renting this apartment for families with kids, just take it out of there. The parking is not fit for a van, just for small cars

The location is strategic, very near to the train station, supermarket & restaurants

The washing machine is not working. For short stay is fine.

The apartment overlooks the metro station, which is in the immediate vicinity. If you are visiting Disney, this will really make it easier for you to return late at night, especially if you have small children.

The apartment does not have a dishwasher and if you are greeted with dirty dishes, as happened to us, you will hardly be happy.
