-typical Romanian breakfast with not much change over the week. They need a new toaster! It's a basic kitchen toaster that takes forever! - no facilities such as a reception lounge, gym, pool etc - room service was hard work and the fridge and tea / coffee wasn't refilled over our week stay (even though we asked) - towels were very small and old

Location was perfect. Close to best restaurants and the ski lift. Big rooms, great breakfast and very clean.

The check-in form is time consuming and also useless.

The room was confort and clean. There was good mountain view. Breakfast was amazing.

When I left my scarf in the room. I called the hotel. They have checked the room and replied to me that there is no your scarf. After I left the mountain and reached the center of the Brasov. When I reached the here...hotel called me that we found your scarf. And I said them it's big mistake because I left there. What will be happened? the worker who talked to me with this number (0749502195)... she started to talk to me loudly and rude. She didn't let me to talk. Even she didn't say sorry. İt's not good service. Reception section has to be very kindly and understanding.

First time staying at a ski-to-door hotel and I don’t think I can go back. The room was spacious and warm, we enjoyed resting there after a full day on the slopes. Bonus points for having parking although we would have liked not to have to pay for it in the first day (from 10 to 14), considering how much the room rate was.

The open shower was quite inconvenient, having to pay attention not to spray water everywhere in the bathroom because it didn’t have any doors.

Very good location and very good breakfast

I totally disliked that because I arrived 2.5 hour earlier in the first day I had to pay the parking. I even disliked more that in the last day because I left 3 hour later than the checkout hour (1PM) even if I took lunch in the hotel restaurant. If I could be informed ealier .... Even if the room vas spacious and nice it was very hard to resist to the upper room temperature ( all the heat goes up and the Velux window is totally blocked = nailed and you can not ventilate) . In the upper room was around 28 degrees Celsius. I anounced the reception but they could do nothing (Velux window nailed). The toilet was leaking and the noise was disturbing - but fixed after reported to reception.
