Fantastic, peaceful location. Both chalets we stayed in were spotless and well equipped.

Spiders all over the property. They should provide Spiders repellent spry, or create an environment inside the property which repell spiders

Lovely cottages set in a beautiful location. Clean and comfortable with everything you need including cleaning materials, toilet rolls etc. Very peaceful and natural

Very hot in the cottage but didn't feel safe leaving window open at night. Not sure why, not used to being on ground floor maybe?

Lovely peaceful location with fields and trees around. Close to the coast, although you need a car there ideally.

I would perhaps choose a different bungalow next time.

It's a lovely setting - one of a number of holiday homes in the grounds of a small manor house. There are some beautiful gardens and landscaping around it. It's a reasonably easy drive into Eastbourne from there, and it is reasonably well positioned for a number of sights in the area (miniature railway, Drusilla's, etc). There are several pubs for food and shops within a few minutes drive - as well as a garden centre with retail outlets.

There is no realistic alternative to having a car there - there is a bus, but it stops about 15 mins walk from the cottages. The location is slightly harder to get to than it originally appears due to nearby dual carriageways.

rooms very good size, kitchen well stocked with utensils. was clean and tidy, but would pay more if it was updated. but no complaints at all. great place to stay

still looks like it was decorated in the 80’s
