Very clean, modern, stuff very kind and helpful at any time. It is just 5 mins away from metro Aghios Ioannis taking you to the Syntagma square(city centre). Bus station is just in front of the building. Trolley bus is just behind the corner. We were pleased to find little refreshment in the fridge, since we came very late.

とても良かったです。少し癖のある鍵とドアでしたが、慣れれば簡単です。清潔で、天井が高く広く感じ、窓も大きくて明るかったです。使いやすかったです。ちゃんとエレベーターもあります。説明はすべてメッセージと部屋にあるバインダーに書いてあります。スタッフからのレスポンスも早いです。wifiの速度も最大77Mbpsで仕事もしやすかったです。 駅から徒歩6分ほどで、大通りに面しており、特徴的な建物なのでわかりやすかったです。隣にスーパーもあるのですぐに買い物に行けます。 うるさいとの書き込みが多いですが、アテネは全体的にうるさいので気になりませんでした。

残念なところが一点だけ。洗濯機のところがとっても暗かったです。夜に洗濯すると全く見えないほどなので、スマホを懐中電灯の代わりにしてました。

Pretty new apartment, clean, safe location, 30 minute walk to Acropolis

The code provided prior to the stay did not work for our apartment, so staff had to come and unlock the door. Person who answered our call was very laid back and didn't seem to care that we are unable to enter the apartment. This resulted in 1 hour wait, which was extremely inconvenient and unpleasent, especially after a long journey coming to Athens.

Very modern and good size room.

No receptionists available so have to contact via app. Response was however quick though so not necessarily an issue.

The apartment was as shown in the pictures. It was clean and tidy. It has a small kitchen with basic utensils. The bed was very comfortable. On the first floor there is a room for washing and drying clothes which is very convenient. In the basement of the building there are 6 lockers for storing luggage if you arrive earlier or leave a little later after check out time. In our apartment A1 on the first floor, there were 2 ACs - one in the living room, one in the bedroom. The bathroom is a decent size. You get toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. I especially liked the mini set in which you get ear sticks, pads, a nail file - a nice addition. Please note that towels are not changed during your stay, nor are hygiene items replenished. On the table, you get detailed instructions on how to use appliances, what to see, which beaches to visit, how to get to them, etc.

The building is located next to a busy road. As we don't like to sleep under an AC we kept the windows open and the sounds of cars can be heard until late. Only after the reservation was made, we received information that they take a deposit of €250 for possible damages. We always treat other people's property with respect and we would treat it this time as well regardless of the deposit, but I think they should share this information before making the reservation. At certain moments, I had a feeling that I was not communicating well with the staff. I sent them a question about storing our luggage. First they directed me to a nearby storage room, so I sent them a screenshot from their page where it says that I can use their lockers if they are free/not taken. We exchanged several messages until I got an answer to a simple question.

We liked the location and how the apartment looked.

It has really thin walls so a lot of noises were coming through. Its right by the street so the noise from the road at night is sometimes unbearable.

Very well located near Agios Ioannis and very easy to get around. Tha apartment has everything including nespresso coffee machine and a very convenient washer + dryer in the building
