L'appartement est très proche du tram et du métro. Il est à 20mn à pied du bas de l'acropole. Il y a des épiceries et des boulangeries tout autour. A notre arrivée nous avions des biscottes, des confitures individuelles et 1 bouteille d'eau fraîche. Les lits sont confortables. Le quartier est calme car la rue est étroite, on y fait facilement des grasses matinées 😉 Il y a une machine à laver que nous n'avons pas utilisé, des petits échantillons de savon et de shampooing.

AC in every room is very good if outside temperature is +40. Well equiped. Smart-TV. Etc. Good location and quiet area.

Issue with the toilet flush. You have to flush several times to be sure that ‘everything’ is gone :D The internet speed is quite volatile. Specialy when more than 2 devices are connected. Wooden part from one big bed was missing.

Very nice appartement in walking distance from the center of Athen, although in quite surroundings. Supermarket and several bakerys nearby the appartement. The host responded very quickly and was exstremely serviceminded.

We were met and welcomed into the apartment by the owner, who had also left a basket of fruit and biscuits. The apartment is clean and modern, with everything you need. It is a very convenient location for site seeing and next to the tram, metro station for easy travel into and out of Athens. We loved the local feel of the neighbourhood.

We had an excellent 3-night stay at Sokos residence. The location, facilities, and hospitality of the owners were exactly what we needed as a family of two (exhausted) adults and two (energetic) children ages 8 and 5. The apartment is located on a quiet street, at easy walking distance from all the action around the Acropolis, and within a non-tourist neighborhood, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and excellent coffee shop (Mikel) all within a 2-3 block radius. We found free street parking under the building everyday. It was also next to a major public transportation hub, although we preferred to walk most of the time. The apartment itself was spotless and spacious for a vacation rental. The kids could play or sleep while we took care of other things. It had a queen bed in each room, making the stay comfortable. Other apartments we had looked at all had just one bed and expected the kids to sleep on a sofa. We cooked in the apartment and did laundry in the small washer everyday; it dried within hours on the washing lines. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a full size fridge. Importantly we slept very well in the cool air conditioning in hot weather. The sweet balcony was a plus and brought in nice breezes even in the midst of summer! Our hosts are a local family who graciously received us on the first day and left us water, fruits, and coffee, among other things. The children appreciated the ice pops that were kindly placed in the freezer. They were always quick to reply to our messages, from our initial inquiry all the way through to check out.

One of the best apartments I have ever booked. Everything was perfect, starting from the key collection to the apartments itself which was spotless. Honestly, there was no difference than being in a hotel. During our stay, the host replied to our messages within a couple of minutes. He even left us 4 bottles of water in the fridge, plus apples and toast and gem. It is the little details that make a difference. We also got towels and Netflix!

I have no complaints at all.
