The view over the bay is spectacular.spent so much relaxing time watching the boats come and go, and people watching. Excellent restaurant ,Nil Balik , immediately below with staff who were very helpful, and a small convenience shop on way round the back with immediate shopping items, bread, milk etc. It was comfortable with super air conditioning, washing machine, drying area, all sorts of cooking equipment (but we didn’t use this).

Access is from the promenade which is closed to traffic after 11.0 am. The taxi driver managed to get us to nearest point at midnight , but then we had to walk quite a long way with wheelchair and all our luggage. Access to the appartment is round the back with a key pad, so you need to contact the owner by what’s app msg to get the code. Crockery is basic and there are no scissors or bread knife, but essentials are there.

The location of property is good pr even excellent for food, party, old city area.

Nice enough place and location was good

Couldn’t get hold of them for check in over booking.com and phone number was incorrect so check in was a bit of a nightmare and received no apology.

It was like a quest room where you need to find out everything, the switch of the water heater, etc. The place didn't feel clean. Shower was broken. Strange smell... I suggest you can prepare an instruction in advance if you are too busy to explain. There was a storm and the place was about to fall apart.

Amazing view from the balcony. Ligth and spacious room. Wifi is good.

It's not really a "-", just a thing to be aware of: the seilings of the upper floor apartment are quite low. It will be challenging for a person taller than 180 cm. In the evenings on the balcony there is smell and smoke from the fish restaurants on the seaside.

I love this property! Perfect location, everything what you need nearby. What a nice balcony! I could see beautiful sunrise and sunset! Highly recommend
