Outstanding cleanliness and super friendly hosts - we loved it!

The location was close to Obidos and other areas we wanted to visit during our stay. The host ( Mr. Jose) was very friendly and accommodating allowing us to use our Weber BBQ. When it was raining they offered us to use theirs BBQ place instead, but luckily it stopped raining. The accommodation and place were very clean with a beautiful pool.

This is my honest opinion and hopes the Owners learn from it. We had to call the owner's phone on arrival to hand over the keys to us, the doorbell did not work, if you don't understand Portuguese, you'll have a problem as it states to call the owners in PT and should write in English as well.... Parking was a bit of an issue as we had to park the car outside of the property in the street, should look into providing suitable parking ....The room was our biggest concern as the accommodation was too tiny for us, our fault I guess as we should have double-checked the dimensions beforehand. We booked accommodation for four adults, we felt like sardines in a can, wherever you move inside it is really tight. When you sit on the seat in the toilet, the wall is literally right in your face. The first night I was very disappointed as all the previous places we stayed we never had this problem. Second, day/night I convinced myself it is what it is and to make the best of the situation, and do more exploring of the surrounding areas and less time inside the accommodation. I would strongly recommend doing some renovation as there would be a lot of guests I am sure will feel the same in future. The owners we very friendly, but I could not mention to them about the tiny room as there was nothing they could do about it at that time, I hope they do read this to use this constructive information to change some things for the future of the business.

The hosts were absolutely lovely. So welcoming and kind. The pool was a great bonus and we enjoyed an early morning swim. Lovely and quiet despite being close to a main road. Lovely view of the castle from the main road and walking down the garden. Loved the dogs (kept separate from the accommodation).

We found the T1 a little too small and the bed a little too hard (might benefit from adding a memory foam mattress topper).

The hosts are lovely people who make you really feel home. They just started renting out the 2 apartments they newly build on the ground behind their house. Very well done, with nice swimmingpool and garden. The apartment we rented had 2 bedrooms and all the facilities you need. The hosts will help you with everything you need. And all very Covid-proof. The location is perfect for a visit of the beautiful town Obidos, just 3 minutes away. And to the many beaches within 15/20 minutes drive. You are on the highway in 2 minutes, so even to Sintra or Lisbon within 45 min.

With 5 people the apartment is pretty small, as we knew before (35m2). But when you are mostly outside it is not a problem.
