Caravan was spacious with 2 bathrooms which was good. Owners seemed nice.
2 hours late with check in, says on booking.com checking from 3pm, received a text off the caravan owners saying 3.30 but then wasn’t allowed into the caravan until 5pm due to the cleaners running behind. I had 3 young children with me so it was a little bit stressful, not what you need on holiday. Owners kept me update and allowed an extended checkout time which softened the blow a bit.
Could do with investing into some new mattresses as the cost to replace them would pay for itself in the reviews. They were really uncomfortable and noisy.
Small damp patches dotted round the caravan and the master room smelt damp.

To be honest we didn't like much about the property, it was spacious in the hallway area which was good for the kids but that was about it
It was filthy on arrival.
All the netted curtains were covered in mould which as a response we had "they were washed beth" regardless you then put them back up covered in mould and we had two members with us with asthma.
The walls were just filthy covered in grime and dirt in pretty much every single room.
When messaging about needing it re cleaning I felt the owners didn't really care with their responses, if it was me I would be very sympathetic considering the price we paid and the value we were given but instead we just kept getting questioned even after providing photos of the state of the place.
Overall we were just very dis heartened, this place wasn't a cheap holiday and we were all very excited to go but turning up to a dirty caravan just ruined it for us.

A nice neat caravan had a bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet with hand sink

Very clean and tidy, fully equipped and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and the owners were very approachable and helpful.
The single beds were a bit too small for my teenagers. Other then that they had a good experience.

Require minor maintenance. Old carpet in the living area. Broken vacum cleaner nothing to do the cleaning.
No toilet brush in the second toilet.

Location excellent, caravan ok, nowhere in main bedroom to store clothes as wardrobe full of bedding, main bed very uncomfortable springs very painful, being an older caravan the beds in twin rooms were very small, too small for 13 year old Grandson who is thin and tall.

Great caravan, super comfy and lots to do onsite fun,wifi in the caravan which again is a great addition in these times...hosts very helpful and super responsive when I rang panicking as I hadn't read the email in a rush to pack and leave for our jollies 🙈🤣

Lovely extended family get together. Van was big enough and clean. Position of van was great. Lots to do on site

We've stayed on this site before so we know how good it is. The caravan location on the site was great, very close to all the facilities.
The caravan may have had some damp issues in the past as evidenced by some black spots on the net curtains but didn't bother us much.

The caravan in Holly grove was lovely, fully equipped and comfortable. It was in a perfect location, near to all amenities. I stayed with 3 adults and 4 children. The site was clean and quiet. We fully enjoyed our stay.

The park Llyons robin hood itself was good.
Because it was a private host it was not as clean as if you book with Robin hood and the caravan itself waa extremely dated (the pictured taken were not what it was) the bedside tables were broken also the matrasses do not fit the beds ( myself and children kept fallinv out of bed on more than one occasion which is dangerous and scary!) and this host does- not supply bedding so for the price we paid and for compfort (which is what you want when you have your family with you) no it wasnt great!!

I took my grandson no issues checking in in, spotless inside, Very quiet, close for toddlers to arcades and food.

beds to small and beds very unconscious pillows need new ones and needed some hand towels and cloths but we brought some from the shop x
