Beautiful and spacious house fully equipped with all that you need. The host is also warm and nice, even prepared us with some fruit! It feels incredibly nice when you are greeted with smiles and fruits after a long day of heat!

The location is far away from the main gate of Petra, which means every time you go from the guesthouse to Petra will cost you 5jd of taxi.

We never even saw the apartment we booked. Three days before arrival we recieved an address for a Beduine House 3 Kilometers away from the apartment we booked (we only discovered that later). We were then offered a double room with a bath but it was not a complete apartment, no kitchen, not even a hot-water cooker or refrigerator. We telefoned with Ahmed as we were irritated and confused. He had no understanding for our dissapointment. He wanted us to pay the füll price for the appartment even though what he offered as an alternative wasn't even close to what we booked. After much discussion we paid a reasonable price for our room and then he acted as if he were being generous for not demanding the full price.

The way we were treated. If for some reason the apartment was no longer available, then he should have contacted us and told us about it instead of just sending us somewhere else and confronting us with a difficult and very disappointing situation. It was also unfair towards the owner of the house we were sent to. He had been told that we had booked a double room.

good location near back road to Petra, interesting vibe of a local village with donkeys roaming in the streets. Kind owner, flexible, helpful. Excellent choice for more adventurous and less demanding travellers, who do not bother lack of air cond, windows in the bedroom or sheets on the beds. The hosts prepared a dinner for us which was plentiful and quite tasty as well.

the hosts left a lot of their private stuff in the apartment, it just felt weird to have wardrobes filled with someone’s clothes.

Ahed is a very nice person and always ready to meet customers requests. The apartment is very good value for money.

4 - 5 km from Petra. It is fine if you have a rental car or don't mind to take a taxi

We stayed one night and had whole three-room appartment for ourselves, its fully equipped, we cooked simple breakfast there, everything was perfect, the host is friendly and ready to help with everything. The village is small but there are shops and restaurants of fast food type, local people were friendly.
