Der Ausblick auf die Spree und die Umgebung war toll, die Zimmergröße und -ausstattung sehr gut, das Frühstück mit einer reichlichen Auswahl in guter Qualität.

non pleasant check in, staff was not able/willing to spek another language than German, let us wait too long and even argued that we don't have the reservation even when we showed them their hotel confirmation... the room was a bit noisy

The entire hotel was super clean and the room was bright and modern. The breakfast was delicious and there is a restaurant on site.

Breakfast is served beginning at 8, which could be too late for travellers looking to get an early start.

The hotel is beautifully located on the river bank, close to the old town. The surroundings are very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

The design of the room is a bit outdated. There was no complimentary water for the guests.

Very good position. It is easy to come to the old city center. There is a playground not far away. Parking was very great. Breakfast was also very ok. The room itself was of good size and it was enough space for 2 adults +2 kids. Clean and comfortable. We can advice this place and we will choose to stay there again if we visiting the town.

Room cleaned every day. Two wardrobes so loads of storage. Apartment with sitting area. Excellent view of river and towers of Bautzen. Very easy parking. Beer garden. Excellent breakfast with both hot and cold food including smoked salmon, fruit and cold cuts. Within easy walking distance to the town. Some staff spoke good English.
