My partner and I spent one of the most memorable vacations you can wish for at the end of June 2023. It was our first time on Zakynthos, a beautiful island! To experience this island from Athina's property 'as a port' was an absolute dream. After parking your car on first arrival, walking through the front gate, along the beautiful natural stone wall, turning the corner and seeing the view over Laganos Bay for the first time, you are simply 'flashed'. On top of that, Athina is such a wonderful, creative and helpful host who we always loved having a chat with. She puts so much love and energy into her property, and she is always on a mission to make a perfect place even more perfect. Thank you, Athina! Thank you and your amazing team for an unforgettable vacation! We can't wait to be your guests again next year!

The villas were beautiful and the views were simply stunning! Every day we got up early just to see the sunrise, so magnificent! Athina was such a wonderful hostess and offered her help and experience.

Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming! We had an amazing stay, were super happy with the size of the apartment and enjoyed the views and private pool a lot! Its a great place to stay if you want to explore the south west of Zakynthos.

The host is as great as the place. The view is exceptional and the rooms are super tidy. She also provides with whatever which is needed during the stay such as rented car and other information.

I travel a lot and I rarely write reviews, but in this case I feel compelled to do so. As I arrived at the premises for a short two nights stay there was an unexpected feature of the premises that could have derailed our stay. I am not even going to mention the issue. It would be unfair as partly to blame on me and they promised to fix. What really matters is what Athina and her son did to remedy and assist, notwithstanding my visible disappointment. They went well beyond the extra mile. Athena’s kindness and true dedication and love for her guests is simply and truly remarkable. This purely is the Greece and the Greek heart I use to know and love.

The place is beautiful, with newly renovated houses and an amazing view to the coast and the Turtle island. Truly beautiful and peaceful - no touristy towns or noise! The host was exceptional - so attentive, professional and caring. Would 100% recommend. Also, GORGEOUS sunrises as you can see the sun rising “from the sea”

Athina is a warm and welcoming host. I was lovely when she was around and the place was beautiful. We were on honeymoon and Athina made it feel extra special for us. Her cute cats also contributed to the homely feel. Furthermore the pool was really nice and the location more than perfect!

Easily said, Villa Athenea is the best possible option in Keri. The owner was actually the most caring and most professional host I have ever met. We have felt so welcomed and loved that we will definitely come back and bring her more guests. She made great recommendations for what to do and we tried it all, could not do better. The resort itself has a perfect location and is beautifully constructed and decorated. You can fell like local, and also at home.... while being at best holiday. Thank you Anita!

Me personally, nothing! Some people could mind the walk down to the beach BUT which I thought was lovely!

We felt very welcomed and cared for at every aspect you can imagine for relaxing time in Zakynthos. The property is located on nice and quiet hill, panoramically overlooking sea (Marathonisi, Cameo, Kolpos Lagana). It is less than 10 min. walk through olive groves to the Keri Beach and Harbour area (shops, cafes, restaurants, boat trips). To explore anything else you need to get wheels. Room was tidy and quiet. Athina was very informative, attentive, thoughtful and efficient with recommendations, what was exactly what we needed for our short but intense stay. Daily cleaning was superb.

Equipment in kitchenette could be of better quality (knives, teacups).

Everything! It was definitely one of the best staying experience! The place is fantastic, close to the airport, to the beach, good restaurants are 5 min by car. We had an appartement with terrace and it was just the best decision to book it! Very comfortable, safe, and the view… fabulous! Many thank to the host - Athina!!! The kindest person!!! I hope we will come back again!
