I believe the housekeeping staff never supply us new blankets(bad odour) and it was super thin. I'm 💯 sure the bedsheets were not replaced too.(since the bedsheets are in darker shades, i really cant see the dirts, but bad odour). Luckily we brought some extra pillow cases and comforters. Strong mouldy smell in the entire room, uniquely built-in bathroom in the room which require us to climb up. You definitely need a stool to step in. Water flow is too slow in the bathroom. Not suitable for big families with elderly people and kids. Only for backpackers, couples or solo stay. Owner definitely need to look into the bad odour and cleanliness.

What I loved was the location—very close to the PD Waterfront, bus station, and food courts. The hotel has provided the wrong address on booking.com, as in Jalan Raja Aman Shah, but it is actually located in Jalan Mahajaya. We got down to the wrong location and spent hours locating it. The mobile number provided didn't respond on time.

Our stay at this hotel was plagued by consistent inconveniences and a complete lack of basic amenities. The front desk was perpetually unstaffed, leaving us waiting for assistance on multiple occasions. Despite promises, the room lacked essential items like a hair dryer, clothes drying racks, hand sanitizer, and slippers, hindering our ability to maintain hygiene and basic comfort. Even more shockingly, there wasn't even a single chair or table in the room, forcing us to eat and work on the bed. To top it off, our complaint about the non-functional water heater was met with a dismissive response from the management, implying we were incapable of operating it. This unacceptable level of service and lack of basic amenities severely compromised our stay and left us feeling completely dissatisfied."
