ホテルの近くにデパートや三笠公園など観光地があり、とても便利。 洗濯機、乾燥機、キッチンの設備が充実していた。

コーヒーサービスが一階だけで、部屋から遠く嫌厭してしまう。 モーニングがわかりづらかった。 部屋のアメニティがもう少しあると助かります。

宿泊自体は快適でした。

素泊まりプランでしたが、大浴場が使えない。 また追加料金の支払いをお願いしましたが、金額に違和感があり大浴場利用を諦めました。

受け付けのスタッフさんの対応が素晴らしかった。チェックアウト後も自分のミスで忘れ物のご迷惑をおかけしてしまったが、とても親切に対応していただき申し訳無かったと同時に、また横須賀に旅をした際は必ず利用させていただきたいと思った。

料金が少し高かった。

ロケーションが良かった。部屋も大浴場も清潔だった。

朝食のパンにバターやジャムが欲しいと思ったヨーグルトもあれば良かったと思う。

便座が温便座ではなく、冷たすぎてむりでした。調理器具など連泊には重宝ですが、それ以外では全く無意味です。 宿泊サイトで選択できるなどしてほしい。金額が見合わないです。

Good location. Room size is nice and big. Interior of the room is new and clean. The TV has Youtube and Netflix.

There are a dehumidifier that is on which is a nice idea for the scorching heat. However, customers do not have a choice to turn it off. It is quite noisy for sleep. We called the reception after as we still couldn’t sleep pass midnight. The staff can’t speak English and said ‘no English’. My husband called and spoke to the person in Japanese. The staff was very rude. The staff just said ‘だめ’ (dame) and’できない ‘(dekinai) without any proper customer service phrases ir tone. The person said there is a remote control for that dehumidifier which cannot be given to customers even we repeated many times in the call that the dehumidifier noise was affecting our sleep. The person just repeated the blunt words mentioned above. There was no apology let alone a solution for customers. We were shocked by the unprofessional attitude and service. The sleep was not great. It’s the first time we received this level of treatment as hotel guests. What’s more, at check-out in the morning, we told the front desk about last night. The staff didn’t seem to be interested in the complaint. As we were expressing our disappointment, the staff was doing some other things like tidying the keys. This has made the overall experience much worse. We doubt that there will be any improvement.
