Room was good and comfortable. Ambience was nice without disturbance. Facilities given were good

They should allow the in house guests to drink there own personal drink at their roof top restaurant without any extra charges.

We were a group of 4 friends. Liked our rooms becoz of the cleanliness and the Amenities. But the staff would not come to clean the room even if you are staying for 10 days and if you don't ask them to clean. To get the room cleaned on the 2nd day we called several times then finally it was cleaned. For the next 2 days nobody in the hotel bothered about changing linens or even cleaning the room or even refilling the tea kit or cleaning the bathroom.

Coming to the food part..they told us the breakfast buffet will end at 10am. So we all quickly went up for the breakfast at 9.15am and to our surprise there wasn't any buffet and there was only 1 person in the restaurant who told us that there's no buffet and we will only take order and prepare. We gave order from the very limited menu (only 2 preparations to our surprise) and waited for our food for the next 45 mins. In those 45 mins not even a single staff was present in the restaurant. So basically every single day we were taking our breakfast around 11am because of the inefficiency of the staff. This repeated every single day of our stay. We stayed for 4 days in total. I must say that i have stayed in the smallest and the biggest hotels till date..but haven't seen this kind of management and work behavior anywhere. Although the manager Rahul was helping person so he helped us when he was there..but mostly in the mornings..it's all a mess. It's such a nice property with downgraded service. Especially with food. I have a lot to share but don't feel like sharing now.

I will put the same review for this booking too coz i made both the bookings. I would really like to speak with the owner ones though.
