The breakfast was so good. So many choices. And I would like to rave about the bed being so comfortable. I have lower back issues, and had no pain at all.
The staff were not really in tune with the customer service. The front desk clerk in the evening had to fold towels while working at the front desk. The early morning staff didn’t even acknowledge customers walking past.

The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have had! We stayed there bc of the space in the rooms.
We found hair on the shower walls and cobweb hanging from the ceiling light. We also did jot find the bed and pillows comfortable. We also did not know it was pet friendly, which is fine but we had a barking dog across the hall. Maybe don't put dogs on floors with people that don't have dogs.

Everything was great. The room was very nice and clean. Everything I needed for a comfy stay was provided. The heated pool was a great touch especially in the cold weather, just wish it stayed on longer.
The pool was nice and warm when I arrived but turned really cold while we were in the pool. I'm not sure if the hotel controls the temperature or if it's on an automatic timer. That is the only thing I didn't like during my stay.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool looked amazing but unfortunately didn’t get to use it. The kitchenette was perfect for us and the needs.
The water pressure was terrible. Also there was no shampoo in the bottles that were furnished in the shower.

The staff is always nice. I like that I could bring my dogs and the breakfast is good
They spelled my name wrong on the tv when I checked in. This has happened a few times and at this point it makes my laugh when I come in after a 10 hour drive. It’s now tradition when I come in and I don’t mind. Also I never get an email confirmation. I ask them to check my email and it’s correct so I don’t know why I never get it.

It was very clean and spacious for our room. Staff was nice and helpful when we needed it. Location was good could walk to get dinner. Breakfast was decent to get your day started.

The room was clean and comfortable and met out needs. The staff was also excellent and helped with any extra items that were needed for the room and for breakfast. My son has a nut allergy and the staff was able to get him a muffin from the back that wasn’t contaminated by the other muffins that were already displayed in front. Thank you for making it an enjoyable experience. We do intend to be back when we’re in the area.

The location was convenient, close to a number of restaurants and about a five minute drive to downtown Tupelo. The room was clean and comfortable.
The ingress/egress to the property is a little confusing; the entrance is best accessed by turning into, and going past, a sister Hilton property.
