The room was clean, and the bed/pillows were comfortable. The air conditioner was great!

The location of the room. Our room was on the 2nd floor. We parked our car and had to carry our luggage up the stairs. A large group of people were standing/ blocking the stairs. They were outside a room where several lawn chairs were placed. I am pretty sure the group was drinking alcohol. I did not feel safe at all. I should have asked for another room on the other side, but I was afraid to go back through the people. Also, I should have asked for downstairs rooms because we are elderly and stairs are difficult.

The rooms are large but that is it. The rest of the hotel is a big let down.

Breakfast was not fit for purpose and no management to address issues. There was no milk at all making the food available useless. Very poor show and staff could not care less. Avoid. Seems to be located in a problem area. Again, avoid.
